As these were smoke detectors that were replacing ones 10 years old, it was critical that there be no delays. Thanks for your prompt response and shipping!

I was a little surprised not to receive the CO Detector in the manufacturer's packaging (it was in a plastic bag), but the unit appears new and works properly so I'm good with the sale. If this is normal practice it should be identified on the web page, unless I missed it somewhere. EBS did provide great communications on the order status with tracking info and shipping was extremely fast. Overall, good pricing and service.

The website is easy to use, the information on the site is accurate. I received my devices on-time and in perfect condition. As stated, they were "plug and play" compatible with my existing smoke alarms. Installing 6 took less than 30 minutes. The price I got them for was below any price I could find on the internet, and yes, that includes Amazon.

The price was 25-33% better than other places I researched. The only criticism I have is that I never got an email to say the order had shipped, although I did get an order received confirmation. That being said my items actually arrived using regular ground shipping in 3 days from the order date so I'm not really complaining. I've ordered in the past and would order in the future.

I had no negative experiences when purchasing my smoke alarms from Electric Bargain Stores. Initially (after placing my order) they thought they were out of what I ordered but shortly thereafter they found out that they did have them in stock. I received the products only a few days after ordering.

It's been quick, easy, and affordable. But I ordered two smoke detectors and rather than them coming in a box protected by packing to prevent them from being damaged, they were loose in a US Postal Service "bag". Although they were in perfect condition, there is a potential for serious damage.

Haven't received product yet, b/c you sent it by USPS and required a signature! I'm not usually at home during work hours. I bought online to save on time and gas. Now I have to spend time and gas to trek across town to the post office where my order is sitting. Not OK.

I was thrilled with my purchase. These smoke alarms were replacements for the ones originally installed when we bought the house. My husband took them all down a few years ago because they were beeping all the time. He passed away in May. I actually had NO problem installing these all alone and am just thrilled with them. Plus they arrived 2 days earlier that scheduled which was 2 days after I ordered them.

The smoke alarms were received within the week of ordering. A couple of the boxes opened during transit. We haven't had a chance to install them, yet and may supply additional feedback if we can. Overall experience was quick, easy ordering website, great shipping.

I emailed your customer service department to make sure that you carried the replacement smoke detectors that I needed for my entire home as my original ones were no longer being made; quick response and they were easy to install as promised as well as below any price that I could find locally. Definitely helped me out in regards to saving money and time looking for what I needed.

My home is 10 years old. I started having problems with my smoke detectors. Little did I know that these need to be replaced about every 10 years, I even went to my local fire department & talked to them, they agreed about replacement. They were very easy to install the new ones, just had to replace the back plate, which was supplied. WOW! No more batteries to replace.

Found the best price on replacement smoke detectors. I had been putting it off, but we had a smoke detector go bad in the middle of the night (of course). My wife wanted me to get replacements ordered the next morning. I purchased them and received them in record time for regular shipping. I have already recommended to friends!

Overall the shopping experience was a good one. However, the delivery time was extremely long compared to other suppliers. Amazon is my benchmark, and I have an expectation that smaller suppliers will be able to get my shipment to me within 4 days (twice as long as Amazon). This order took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
