Quick, easy and better price than Amazon. I phoned before I ordered to determine which model would fit into the Ceiling plates of My last model (they were ten years old) and the technician told me exactly what to buy. It worked beautifully and saved me a bunch of work.

The smoke alarm I needed to replace ceased to be in production a few years back. EBS was the only store I could find that carried it's replacement. Their website actually displayed the old unit and had a link to the new unit, which I found very helpful. Would definitely shop here again!

At first I was annoyed that I had to pay shipping and contacted customer service. It turned out I had not read the website statement about free shipping for orders over $50.00. Even though it was my mistake they did not charge me shipping costs. I will do business with this company anytime.

This seller offered the hard-to-find light fixtures I needed at a very good price. They were always very prompt and pleasant in responding to my inquiries. The shipments arrived a couple of weeks later than originally promised, but I understand these are specialty made-to-order fixtures and the delay was probably at the factory.

We bought 100 Juno pot lights. Very pleased with the service, product and pricing. Electricians were happy with the union made quality, ease of install, fit and finish. We love the high end look of pot lights, so put them everywhere in our new construction project. The fantastic price point made it so that I could do more with less $$.

The LED bulbs I needed had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Customer service helped me find a replacement that worked and it cost less than the bulbs I was originally looking for. Doesn't get any better than that. I'll definitely shop here again.

So very impressed with this overall experience! FAST, FAST shipping. Two days from California to Florida and I only paid for basic shipping! Prices beat local Home Depot by at least **-**% and that was even factoring in the shipping cost.

Good. The item is not perfect, though that has nothing to do with you. The status LED is annoyingly bright in a bedroom at night. Light spills out from the sides of the unit onto the ceiling. I will get used to it.

Shipping costs are exorbitant and excessive. Wrong product was shipped to me, replacement took a really long time to ship and was shipped regular speed instead of overnight. Will not be ordering from this store again. Do not recommend.

Prices were by far the very best I could find and much, much cheaper than other merchants for the same identical products. Items were packaged neatly and securely. The only issue I had was the shipping time, which took longer than I expected and arrived in multiple shipments. Would definitely do business with them again.

So far so good. Contractor has not installed yet but I researched a lot of fans out there and sure hope this particular fan turns out better than the reviews on all the other fans for performance and ease of installation. Will comment more after installation.

Paying shipping is a drag, but the price of the item was very good, and amazon would not ship the type of device I ordered (smoke detector). Product came fairly quickly, in good condition, and I was super pleased that they redirected me to the newer model that works the same as my old one

Product was just what I had ordered. Easy to put together and instal in ground.
A little difficult to get out of the plastic package, but no big deal.
They informed me my product was out of stock and would be a little late arriving, but it still came here within 2 weeks! No big deal again!

Was very leery at first about shopping at a business I've never heard of before (internet), but went ahead and placed my order for the needed items and hoped everything about the transaction would go smoothly, and surprisingly it did. Received my order as promised in a timely manor.

Product was as described and at the best price I could find on-line. Product was replacement of nine hard-wired smoke detectors with battery back-up function in our home. Installation was a breeze. Shipping was reasonable, taking about 5 days from their location in California to our home in Indiana.
