Needed this light immediately, if not sooner. EBS.com helped us by finding the closest location and managing/coordinating the shipping 'Overnight' from the warehouse to us. Customer service was very personable.
Chatting to ask questions helped a lot but more voluntary info would have been appreciated. Someone as ignorant as I am could use more questions from an assistant to be sure we're talking about the same thing. Also, shipping cost was more than the product I was buying - unacceptable.
Originally ordered from Amazon, they accepted the order and later cancelled due to "technical issues". Searched for alternate supplier and found EBS, great service, quick shipment, and at a good price. Amazon may be good for many things, but smoke alarms is not one of them. EBS is great.

Was great! I needed 3 carbon monoxide fire detectors and they came quickly, within two days. I didn't even ask for expedited shipping and they sent it that way. THANK YOU! The product was as described and matched perfectly to what I had so no additional installing was needed. They even came complete with Duracell batteries. Added bonus so I didn't have to go buy new ones.
By far the best price anywhere ( and I'm a good shopper) also immediate & knowledgeable help with questions AND I received my package in 3 days. I even opted for regular delivery and receive it almost overnight!
Overall shopping experience was good. Some items I have ordered were not in stock, but it was not noted anywhere on web site. So I had to wait few weeks, which was unexpected.

Items I ordered were listed as in stock when in fact they were on back order, causing a several week delay to my project. The customer service, however, was top notch. My emails were responded to promptly. My only complaint is, when a product is not physically in your warehouse, then it is not in stock and should not be listed as such. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known this. Still, given the low prices and good response time, I'd use the site again.
Attempted to place this order several days ago. Had trouble with your website. Then I called and was # 23 in the queue and someone would have to call me back. Well that was not convenient. So here I am again. I still have questions but I guess I will have to try calling again. Not the best of experiences. Not very user friendly.

Your representative suggested units that would easily replace my old smoke detectors in my home. After my conversation with your staff I ordered online with confidence and received my items in a very timely manner.
Good experience. Quick delivery of what I needed. Particularly like that a connector for my old device was included. This make install much much easier.
Negatives: I thought the price was a little high compared to newer devices. The online assistant was not able to help me select a product that was compatible with the one I wanted to replace. It was about 12 years old.
Had a hard time finding the electrical switch I needed here in Miami. Found it online. They had them at EBS and the price was about half of what I would have to pay if I ordered it through a store here at home. Two day shipping was a nice surprise. Parts arrived in good condition and work great.

I Liked having the ability to chat online with someone. That feature helped me to clarify the many options. I also like the product as they are look alike, yet four are smoke alarms and two are combination smoke/carbon monoxide units. The delivery was speedy!
Overall my purchase was a good experience. The only reason I didn"t give all 5 stars was because of the five days it took from order placed till ship day. Not a big deal, guess I"m a victim of the age of instant gratification. Thanks

Needed to replace older model smoke detector. Customer representative supplied all information needed for correct model to replace our discontinued one. Answered questions regarding installation. Easy to order and received items within a few days. Very good experience.
Would have given higher stars, but both products seemed as though they were previously opened and the website did not state these would be open-box buys. Otherwise, the products were in good condition. Have not used yet, so we'll see if they work when installed.
