Took a little longer than expected ordering online, but found old order so I could order additional identical items. The adapter and wiring plate for the smoke/CO alarms made it very easy to replace the 15 year old AC wired alarms in my house.

I purchased 3 smoke alarms to replace the old ones in my home. The EBS price was far better than local sources. I placed my order Sunday afternoon and received the smoke alarms Wednesday morning by priority mail, all in retail boxes with instructions and accessories. I am very pleased with my shopping experience at EBS and would recommend their service.

I needed to replace 4 obsolete hardwired smoke detectors. This vendor supplied replacements with an adapter so I didn't have to rewire each ceiling box. A bit pricey but well worth the savings in time and trouble.

Easy to use website, competitive pricing and quick shipment - what more could one ask for? Our track heads arrived nicely packed (looked like they were drop shipped) and well within expected timelines.

Great price, even came equipped with battery (you pay $4) on avg. Just for a 9V battery at the store. Installed easily and has great volume. I am going to be ordering 4 more real soon to replace other older models.

Bought 7 wired replacement smoke detectors. I paid an average of 9.50 each which included a battery and shipping. Local stores selling the same kidde unit for 34.00. What a great deal. Easy install and successful project.

Needed Firex smoke detectors to replace outdated ones in my home. EBS had best price and placed order. Arrived a couple of days faster than estimated on order. Good communication with confirmations and updates.

Product arrived as expected. Called cust. Svc. To place 2nd. Order for same item. I didn't have order # from 1st. Order but rep dug until he found it and placed order immediately. Will use you again when needed.

The store has good selection of productions. After placing my order, I needed to modify it so I contacted the store by email. A prompt response was received and the modification was made efficiently. Shipping was fast--it took less than a week to have the products delivered to me from CA to NJ via regular shipment.

Don't think I can blame the merchant for a supplier delivery issue; but the accuracy of information wasn't what I am comfortable with and having to constantly ask for updates versus receiving frequent unsolicited updates was not up to my expectations. If you're willing to accept minimal correspondence while waiting you'll be fine.

Very frustrated with the shipping. The backordered portion of my order was promised to me via priority mail, but instead was shipped ground which has resulted in an angry customer on my end and still no package.

Great service and speedy response to inquiry/questions! Contacted prior to ordering to see if I can pick items up at Will Call due to being in a time crunch and i'm only 15 minutes away from the warehouse. Granted. You guys are grrrrrrrreat!

I wasn't sure about ordering from here, since the Internet can be tricky. I'm a believer! I got the exact thing I needed (fire alarms) at a reasonable price (the lowest listed) and it only took maybe 5 days to arrive (I did t pay for express shipping or anything). Service is horrible. The time the product was order and shipped. Took forever. I had to email your company twice to see what's going on. Absolutely horrible.l would never use or recommend this company to anyone. It should not take just about a month to get one hihat.

I purchased an older model FireEx 4518 AC Smoke alarm to replace the exact 15 year old model. Apparently the newer models have a different hard wire plug and an adapter was included. Received the item in very good time. It is now plugged in and working great. Highly recommend this supplier.

My six smoke detectors arrived in four days. The product was as advertised and at a cost far less than I could get on Amazon or anywhere else. Installation was even easier than expected since the existing connectors fit the replacement units perfectly (no rewiring necessary). Overall I am very pleased with my experience and will be passing this info on to my DYI friends and neighbors.
