We moved into our new home about a year ago, it had the alarms hardwired for safety. When we realized they needed to be replaced, I found electric bargains on line. The price was great, ordering was very simple and product arrived quickly. I have and will continue to refer this company to my friends and neighbours.

Easy website to negotiate. Fast delivery, but not free. I'm concerned that the Kidde wired smoke/co ten-year battery detectors won't last ten years. The build date stamped on the units is from two years ago. Seems to be old stock.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and responsive to questions I asked about specific products. My order was processed quickly, and I received my order when expected. Although just a portion of the products have been installed (the remainder should be done by tomorrow) there have no problems at this point.

Great overall experience, fantastic pricing on the LED lights I bought. While some units were not in stock (hence 4 stars on delivery), the in stock units shipped very quickly and the others arrived a few weeks later. Customer service was very helpful and answered my follow up questions quickly

First of all, I am not positive to what product you are referring. I believe it may be the back brace which was a ridiculous product. I ordered extra large and it would only fit a child or skinny woman. The product hurts when worn. I consider to borderline scam.

Quick delivery. Had a question before ordering, so I called in and had to leave a call back number message as tech rep was not available (which is understandable and okay). Was promptly called back with questions answered and then place the order.

Ordered a replacement for a 5-year-old i4618A smoke detector that crapped out. On other websites saw horror stories of folks who had to rewire because what they purchased didn't exactly match. The i4618A I ordered from Electric Bargain Stores exactly matched so I could plugin and be done with it. Installed 4 nights now without having to smash it with a hammer in the middle of the night, yay!

From placing the order to getting an email that the product shipped was too long. Fed Ex Ground also takes longer to deliver than UPS standard delivery, so the delivery time was too long for the standard rate by at least 2-3 days. When the product finally arrived it was exactly what was ordered and after installation works as expected.

I placed my order and within 3 days received my order. It was exactly as I ordered it. The price was a much better price than I found anywhere else. I have no complaints and would definitely shop here again if I need anything. I would also recommend your site to other people. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

Great smoke alarm with adapter; exactly as described. Using the adapter is MUCH easier than having to rewire smoke detectors. Had a little trouble "pinching" the tabs on the adapter into place, but a pair of leather garden gloves helped with the extra pressure that was needed.

I called service five minutes before business closing, and the agent was very courteous and helpfuI- not trying to hurry me up, so he could get home. I needed an old style hard wired smoke detector retrofit, and these folks had exactly what I needed- at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my items came. Very good experience!

The product models I required were no longer produced by the manufacturer. Firex smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. After checking thru Walmart, Home depot and Amazon. Electric Bargain Store were the fastest with their response.
I received my order fast every thing was complete and packed really secure.

Website was well organized making it easy to find the item I was looking for. Payment was simple using PayPal. I got immediate email confirmation of my order and it was shipped promptly, again with email notification. The price was good although the shipping may have been a little expensive. Overall a very good experience.

My item was out of stock, but it was handled well and shipped just a few days later. I thought your automated back-order system was good. It gave me the option to cancel if I chose. Price was the best I could find and shipping was reasonable, which is not always the case to Alaska.
