Super experience with Electric Bargain Store! I had tried to order the exact same products from Home Depot and had been a miserable experience. They made me wait 4 weeks and then cancelled my order. Buying through Electric Bargain Store was quick, easy and even saved me a few dollars in the end! Thank you!

I contacted customer service when my order did not arrive on time, they were able to locate my order and refunded me my entire shipping fee. The products that they offer are good, reasonably priced and if I need an item that they sell in the future I will order it from them.

Electric Bargain Stores was great. I was able to find hard-to-find electrical boxes. And, their price was much lower than the only other 2 sources I found online. Fast delivery (especially given the impact of Covid 19 on deliveries).

I like the product, the web site and the purchasing experience. It did seem that shipping costs were a bit high and it did take awhile to ship, but thanks to the relatively low price of the items, it was still cheaper to shop here than elsewhere. When there were questions, the customer service team responded promptly and was very polite to deal with.

The manufacturer no longer makes the smoke detectors currently installed in our home. On this site, we were able to purchase new detectors with the adapters that would allow us to avoid rewiring each one. Shipping was quite fast considering it was a holiday weekend and they had to travel across the conutry to reach us. Well packaged.

Not rated 5 as the replacement detectors do not have the same wiring or base as my old ones. I did call you in advance to see if yours were a "Direct Replacement" for my existing ones. Your reply was Yes, but they are not. Now I must replace the existing wiring with the ones you sent. It just adds to my work time.

I received a note immediately after placing my order informing me that it would be up to 6 weeks for my order to ship, and asking to confirm if this was acceptable. I greatly appreciated being informed of the delay at the time I placed the order. My products shipped in only 2 weeks, which was excellent.

I am generally pleased, but I was not provided any indication of when I can expect to receive the products given that the order qualified for the free shipping option. It would be helpful for me to know the shipping time just in case it might cause a change in my decision.
