Unlike other vendors your product line included a much needed and hardly ever mentioned lint filter for our clothes dryer exhaust that has an electric motor because our exit point is so far from the dryer. You appear to be the only site offering both items together and while it costs more, the device is actually "beautifully constructed". 2 units out of total 7 shipped were found damaged. For sure, those product damage was made while shipped due to poor packaging. Recommend to put some cushioning material such as air bubble in a shipping box. Though having such a problem, I remain happy by getting good and quick service from your customer service. Product was fine though I ordered item to replicate expired unit using the model number from old detector. New one used 2 AA batteries, original was i volt battery.

I've placed two orders from the electric bargains stores over the past year. Overall, I'm very pleased with my shopping experience. They were one of only a few retailers who had the specialty lights I needed and at the right price. Their website was easy to navigate and an order confirmation was immediately sent. The time between order and shipment was also reasonable. The only improvement I can suggest is to provide updates on processing and the shipping status, including a tracking number. Aside from aiding work scheduling, this would provide some peace of mind. That said, I trust this site and would order from them again without hesitation.

Found the site on-line. Send an email or two to them with some questions, which were promptly answered. Once I did that I ordered and it was processed at committed. Product is good and exactly what I expected.

Web site needs to clarify that companion dimmer switches are required when using Maestro dimmers in other than single pole installations. I'd love to change all of the recessed light yellowed trims, but replacing about 36 even if we didn't change to white baffles (which I'd love) would be quite costly. At least the ones we replaced were off by themselves.

Website can be a bit overwhelming due to having so many products, but once you find your product it is easy to find info and than order.
I clearly read your shipping terms/expected shipping days when I ordered, but had hoped that perhaps I could get the products sooner, so requested such in the order comments box. Someone did respond, but I found the response to be rude. Something along the lines of: "Our shipping terms are clearly stated". I just don't understand how it takes 4-5 days to ship two light switches. And when customers ask for faster shipping, it would be nice for someone to say "I'm sorry, but we cannot do that", instead of "take it or leave it", which is how it felt to me. The switches arrived a full 4 days after we needed them.
Delivery was more than acceptable. The items arrived on time and only within days. It really worked out since the smoke detectors were delivered when someone was available to install them.
Overall, it was a great experience doing business with you!
