My order was processed quickly and the followup by the customer service was very good. Pricing was very good. My material was initially out of stock but the order was completely filled within a week of my order. I would shop with EBS again.

My order was placed over a week ago. I still have not received the product, nor have I received any shipping information. I contacted customer service and still have not gotten any information on my order.

I was contacted right after I placed my order to let me know that they'd need to backorder for me, and that it could take a while. I agreed because the pricing was good, and was then pleasantly surprised when my whole order arrived only a few days later. Overall, a great experience.

After receiving the light the electric man installed the light only to find find out the light does not work so if I do not get a replacement I lost 36 dollars pulse 30 dollars for the electric man not happy at all

Easy to navigate website. Found what I believed to be what I needed. I chatted with a representative to ensure I was ordering the right items. Ordering was easy, notification of shipment was good. Overall, I enjoyed buying from them.

The products I ordered were on backorder which was communicated to me right away. The email said my order would be able to ship in 7-10 business days. On business day 15 I emailed to check and see where my order was because I did not recieve a ship notification email. My only critique is I didn't get an email either telling me my order would be later or it had shipped. More communication would have been very much appreciated.

I replaced 18 year old smoke alarms in our home with the same model. I panicked when I opened the box and recognized that the new alarms had different prongs to connect to the electrical wiring. I became elated when I recognized that the box also had a connection converter that connected the old system to the new alarms. It was a breeze the install the new, easier to maintain, alarms.

I selected Electric Bargain Stores because of the cost. I replaced all smoke, carbon monoxide and heat detectors through my house and buildings. After my initial order I was informed that there would be a delay due to the in-process restocking. I accepted the delay than was delighted to find that all but one of the carbon monoxide detectors were shipped immediately, and the backordered detector was shipped before the date that had been estimated.
Great service - thanks, I'll certainly return for any items you can provide in the future.

My only issue is I paid for 2nd day/overnight shipping but it took 3-4 days for y'all to even send the package, and then when you sent the package it was standard delivery. I wasted $75 on extra shipping that wasn't needed.

My only issue was that I ordered a standard Juno lighting track light that is stocked by many lighting disti's. Not a build-to-order item, which is what you said it was after I ordered it. So the order went in, then within a day or so I get told that it's a 5-6 week lead time and I have 2 days to cancel. This is 2020, your systems should know at the time of order what the lead time is for this product. That said, you had a great price and although it was inconvenient, it was workable. And then it arrived in a little over 4 weeks. So that was an improvement.

I did not receive the item I ordered and is indicated on my invoice. I did not realize this until after I installed it. (Fire alarm) The item I ordered was $113.00. The item I received is priced at $68.88. On top of this the alarm I received is defective.

Product ordered was very competitively priced. Although backordered the store kept me posted on the situation and promptly mailed when received. Delivery was fast and packaging was just right.
Phone contact with staff was pleasant and efficient.

The smoke detector was in a thin paper box

The smoke detector was in a thin paper box. The box was put in a flimsy package for mailing and the package and the box were both all crushed by the time I got it in the mail. It seems that (luckily) the plastic and metal parts of the smoke detector were not crushed, however.

Very satisfied.
However, one issue I have ran into this time as well as in the past is you list products on your website that has been oboleted and/or not available from the supplier.
Same thing happen again. The custmer service informed me the product is not available from the supplier and they suggested an alternative model. Which is good but if a product is not available it should not be on your online store to be ordered...
Otherwise I have no issue with your online store..

Really fantastic site

Really fantastic site - I was able to find an apparently discontinued Lithonia light fixture at a reasonable price that I was unable to find anywhere else - not on Amazon, or eBay, or Home Depot, or Wayfair, or any other site. Electric bargain stores was able to get it (I think from Lithonia directly) and ship it to me in a reasonable time frame. A total life saver for my remodeling project. Incredibly happy.
