I was very impressed with the price of the product ( a carbon monoxide detector) - it was the lowest of all the online retailers, but more impressed with the delivery time. I ordered the merchandise on Friday afternoon, and had received it early the next week.

A real effort was made to ship my lights quickly. I really appreciated the honest and successful approach. The result was when the contractor was looking for the lights, I had a box to hand him. Thanks!

You had the smoke detector that would replace my existing unit. I appreciated that you stated on the website that you would have to replace the base and use the adapter. I received the product within a few days and it was easy to install. The price was very reasonable. I'm very satisfied.

It was too easy to order the wrong item. I ordered smoke detectors but received the exact brand etc that I wanted except that they do not have battery backup. I typed in the part number but erroneously ordered the one with the the letter on the end of the part number.

The smoke detector was a replacement of my old one. It had a kit to make the old to the new. It was easy to install and am happy with the price. I would order another if needed also the delivery was swift.

This is our third purchase. All previous orders arrived on time and in great condition. Our recent order arrived on October 23rd. We installed a total of eight detectors throughout our rental the following day. All the detectors worked as expected.

The Firex upgrades for our smoke detectors in the house worked perfectly and were on time. While installing I found a couple of wiring errors made when the house was built. All fixed now as a result of installing these upgrades.

I had to replace six smoke detectors. The model I needed was discontinued. When I learned you offered the new, compatible smoke detectors I was pleased. When I say the price per unit I was really pleased. They arrived on time and work great!

I had to go to the post office and pay an additional $3.25 postage. Not a big deal, except I don't have the time to do that. But, of course, there was the extra benefit of having to go to the Post Office. Everyone loves going to the post office, right?

Your 25% restocking fee is simply not commercial. Paying for return shipping is one thing. Paying a huge tax for restocking light weight standard items is punitive. Amazon Prime is simply a better deal

The problem was that they said they could not deliver to the postal address that I gave them. I then HAD to pay addition shipping costs for them to ship via FedEx. Not happy with the extra shipping costs!

The image represented on Amazon was NOT what the product was. They gave me a full credit so the customer service on the issue was excellent. I do think they should change the image of the product at Amazon.

Very easy to find the product I wanted with just the product number. Appreciated the photos and the written information about the product. The shipping cost seems extremely high however for this single product.
