I didn't realize I was getting an adapter to match my old smoke detectors with the new ones. That was a nice feature, but in the long run I'm happy that I re-did the wiring from the house to the new detectors, bypassing the adapter option.

First of all I was told my order shipped! Then the next day I was told the order was back ordered. I am trying to find out when my order will be shipped after talking to a live operator and was told I will be updated, another lie. I would not recommend this experience to anybody.

First order arrived in a timely manner. Two of the 5 items were damaged. I was promptly refunded the cost of those items and part of the overall shipping charge. I reordered the two items which arrived promptly and in good condition. Overall, I am pleased with the product and the service related to the orders.

The website could be better. I had to enter my card information 3 times before it would process.

Also, I got a different item number than what I ordered, but kept it because it does what I need it to.

Everything as promised. One piece was back ordered and they called the manufacturer to get a ship date. The rest of the order arrived quickly and the back ordered piece arrived exactly on the date promised. I love the online chat. It was very helpful.

I was very satisfied. I had to employ the help of your Chat Room Representative to understand why the product I wanted was obsolete and what I needed to do exactly in order to make a "fix" to my predicament. For that reason alone, I am extremely glad that you had the Chat person available. If you wouldn't have, I would have gone to another store. Thanks.

The smoke detectors in my home were difficult to replace the batteries but with your product, the battery replacement is located in the front/outside of the detector which is so user friendly. I am pleased!

Some of the order was not available when ordered. Fortunately I had some time before I needed the parts and was able to wait. I was offered a shipment on what was available. All was shipped together and showed up on the committed date.

I ordered the wrong amount of a particular item and needed more but the rep told me that I couldn't get a break on shipping on the second order. Quite disappointed as I spent $400 and only needed a couple of extra items. Feel that they should have extended free shipping to me on the second order at least especially as I paid $24 shipping the first time!

A full description of the product with detailed photos would have helped my purchase decision. I was not aware that the switch I bought had a heat sink attached to it. I would not have made that purchase if that would have been disclosed.

It took weeks to get the product and after getting it I had issues with the conduit feed that attached to the lighting track. I emailed with the issue and didn't get a response. I purchased a new conduit feed through Amazon and had it in two days.

It was very easy to find what I needed and purchase the items that I needed.

Items arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Easy to install and have been working properly.

The price per item was good but the shipping was high IMO. Took away from the overall deal.

Appreciated how easy you made purchasing the correct smoke alarm replacements, and the advice on ordering the adaptors to avoid having to hire an electrician to rewire the smoke alarms. Mahalo and Aloha!

Products not yet installed. Will not be able to install until May ****; they are for our Seattle home. I didn't have enough time to install them prior to leaving for the winter. I'll assume they will work as described. Lutron makes great products.

Discussing the price of different colors for the lutron faceplat, was very helpful. This saved a considerable amount of money from what I would have paid if I had duplicated my faceplate.
I was so suprised to find that huge difference for what ever reason. It was easy to just pick a less expensive color via that information.

My order was not shipped in a timely matter. When it finally was shipped it was shipped priority and came quickly after it was finally shipped. Instead of charging so much for priority shipping why not charge less, ship it immediately and the item would get there the same time for less cost.
