I was worried about purchasing from electric bargain stores based on online reviews but couldn't be happier! I ordered lutron switch plate covers and the price for them was outstanding. I couldn't find them anywhere else for a more affordable price. They came quickly and when they said they would. No issues and pleased with my purchase. Would definitely shop here again.
We ordered lights that we thought would fit our Juno light bar. We did call before ordering, but the lights did not fit.
We paid shipping both ways and I think that is normal but the restocking fee is out of line.
Would like to have had them work with me on returning some product my electrian had me order that was not needed but they chose to use the 30 day rule rather then help me out I would have even agreed to 30 % restocking instead of the 25% they asked not what I would call customer helpful!
The smoke alarms were exactly what we needed. The original ones were continuing to have problems with beeping even after new batteries. They were 20 years old. The good thing is, the new ones came with adapters for a small additional cost. Simply plugged in the adapters to the old wire and the new alarms plugged right in. To change the battery, just open the exterior battery cover. No need to take the detector down. Five minutes to install each one.
When I ordered the item it was not clear that it was not in stock. I was informed a while later that it would take at least two weeks for resupply to arrive, and I had the option to cancel. The same happened a second time. In the end I stuck it out, but I might have switched if I had known the full delay in the beginning. Likely other vendors would have had the same issue, and the communication was overall very good. Therefore, I would recommend this vendor.
I tried to buy a couple of smoke alarms to replace those that had burned out in my house from Amazon.com, but they said they could ship them after I had already ordered them. Went to every possible store in town that might carry them, but couldn't find them anywhere. Finally I discovered them here and they work perfectly.
There was no communication that I would be waiting for my order to ship. That would have made all the difference. Instead, I inquired and then found out that you were waiting for the product I ordered.
When shipping options are given, the carrier should be listed. The customer may have a carrier preference. In my case, it makes a difference whether a commercial carrier or the post office delivers the goods because the post office does not deliver to this street address but to a post office box. Commercial carriers usually cannot deliver to a post office box.
Electric bargain Stores had what I wanted/needed at a fair price. Good description of product let me know exactly what I was getting. Standard shipping was at a fair price and quick. I would recommend to others.
I ordered this for my tenant directly so I have experienced your excellent shipping service as well as the order service and price, but I have not actually seen the product yet and the tenant has not told me any problem yet either, so I have no comments on the product itself. I guess it should be as good as I expected.
Should not be an option at checkout for 2 day unless order can be received 2 days after order is placed or 2 days after next business day from order placement. Items that are in stack at manufacturer are not in your stock. Do not false advertise.
I do not like to call myself a dummy... but when it comes to mechanical things... I'm a dummy. Installing this product was easy even for a dummy like me. The product, the organization, the price are all perfect.
I called for technical help to know if what I was going to order would be the item I needed. The help I received was perfect. The items came when we expected them and in good condition. However the packaging was pretty smashed. The items are now installed and working well. We have order another item.
The units where for the replacement of 7 other units of another model that are no longer in the market. When I asked what units should be the units for it the company recommended the ones I ordered and they fit perfectly. Thank you!

I assumed that the product was in stock. It was not and took about 10 days to be delivered. I received no email when I bought the product. I had to call to find out the status, that it would be shipped in about a week.
I was really nervous about purchasing from Electricbargainstore.com as for lack of feed back that I could find on the web. I submitted my order for a quote and when they reached out to me I was nervous. I am not racist but when a company calls and does not speak great English I got worried, but all my worries where for nothing. I did a lot of research called a few of the companies that they had listed on their website as being authorized distributors for and was it was confirmed that Electricbarginstore.com was an authorized distributor for their products. The customer service department went above and beyond to earn my business. I made a huge ($2500.00+) purchase from them and I will purchase from them again in the near future when I need lighting for my Bathroom remodel. I contacted customer service after I received my product because one of the lens for for my recessed lighting had a crack and they sent me out a new lens. I am VERY HAPPY that I choose them for my lighting needs.
I was assured that the product was compatible with my old FirEx detectors. Unfortunately, the added connectors did not fit the original wires and connector. Therefore, I'm going to return the package for a refund. I was impressed with the speed and ease of ordering. Thank you.
