I contacted customer service for a question, and received a response within 24 hours. I was promptly notified of a delay in shipping my order and given a time frame for delivery of the remaining items. The delayed portion of my order arrived earlier than quoted.

This product replaced the outdated ones perfectly. All I had to do was replace the mounting rings because of different colors(ivory/white). I replaced all five of the smoke detectors in less than thirty minutes.

Got the smoke detectors I ordered quickly and all were in working order. The big advantage of the detectors I ordered from you is they had adapters for the electrical connections so they were a direct replacement for the old detectors with no rewiring necessary. That was a big plus for me.

The Juno lights I ordered have chronic problems

The Juno lights I ordered have chronic problems - I've replaced a number of their fixtures, and two of the fixtures I ordered weren't functional. Your customer service, however, in responding to the problem was terrific. I sent a photo of the problem in the morning, they responded within just a few hours, and got replacements going ASAP, and no follow up needed. Nice job making sure that at least from a shopping experience, there were no problems.

Your products shipped on time, and I paid $65 for 2-day air delivery, but instead of 2 days the package arrived in 4 days. The UPS website said this delay was due to a sorting error, so UPS admitted it was their error. When I called UPS, they said they would reimburse for the shipping and to call after the package arrived. It arrived AFTER the date that my electrician came to work at my house, and this was a major problem for my installation.
I called UPS again after the shipment arrived, and this time they said it was not their responsibility. They told me to call the company from whom I bought the products. Then I called you guys, and I was told I would only receive $10 credit which is the difference between 2-day air and 3-day air...not the total shipping price. The person told me that this might take a lot of time for the credit, and I said to please begin the process.
I still believe the total shipping price of $65 should be reimbursed.

Great price. I ordered the products and had a minor delay due to availabilty. The delay was communicated clearly and the delivery date was forecasted correctly with all product received in perfect order.

Had a very difficult time finding the item I needed online (Lutron outlet in a specific color) but eventually stumbled upon electric bargain and was happy to see them available and at a good price. It wasn't clear to me when they would ship and so I used the chat support service which confirmed quickly that they'd ship within the week - and they did! Very happy.

This was my first order
December 16, 2014

This was my first order. I was surprised that I did not promptly get a shipping notification. After a week I contacted the vendor via email and received a timely apologetic reply that the product would ship that same day, which it did, and I got timely notification. Now the USPS did not anywhere near meet its delivery goals but that's not the fault of the vendor. I will certainly consider this vendor for future purchases.

The order process was easy and the prices were OK. The main thing that I did not like was the delivery time. It took over a week for my order to ship and I did not get what I ordered for 15 days. In this day where things get delivered in 2 to 3 days, this is crazy slow. Although I did not absolutely need it super fast, I expected it within a week. This would not been an issue if I was told when I ordered that it would take this long.
