I was grateful that you could obtain the same smoke alarm model I've had for 20 years, as the connectors are unusual and I was worried an electrician would be needed when the old alarm died. Fortunately, this was not a problem and the new model connected the same way as the old.

After a delay in delivery, I posted a negative review as I paid for the items and expedited delivery. The items arrived late but in good shape. Subsequently, the company contacted me and offered the items free of charge in order to rectify the issue. Customer relations are important in any business and the company made good on their promise to refund the cost of the items. I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered 6 signs and one of them broke when I received the package. After I contacted the seller, they refund the broken sign as I indicated quickly. I like how they handle their business. Will purchase from them again.

I purchased fire alarms to replace 14 year old units. The electric bargain store site gave the most detail information on recommended replacement units and adapters. They were right on target. The units fit perfect. Thank U electric bargain store.

Shipping cost was relatively high. However, I was looking for a hard-to-get item that I could not find in local stores, so I had no choice but to suck it up and order it online. I do appreciate that this vendor had this item that I've been looking for.

Product showed in stock when i ordered, but turned out not to be. I received an email saying item was out of stock and was given the option to cancel the order (i didn't). I appreciated that they upgraded the delivery to second day once the part came in.

Great product that took no time to change out the old smoke alarms to the new ones. The description on the web page was very helpful ads were the plugs to update the connections without having to get an electrician

Great product and great price and shipped very quickly. I bought seven replacement smoke dectectors. The only negative was that the seven adapters were placed in two of the seven boxes and I didn't find them until box four. I had already rewired the first three which took a lot more time. Putting them separately in the shipping box would be a better idea. That said, everything was great.

I needed to replace two hardwired smoke alarms. You were able to provide me with alarms that didn't need to be rewired. The shipment came in a few days and I installed both in less than twenty minutes. Very happy with your company and the service.

I would have liked to see a full spec on the ATC-Frost transformer. It would be nice to know what the other voltage outputs are besides the 12V that I was looking for. I looked online and was not able to find this specific info.

The original unit i received was defective. I was given a list of things to try and when those failed I was sent a replacement. Tech support was great. The unit may have suffered in shipping as it was out of it's box in the package. You may want to tape them in the future.

The only "issue" I have is with your shipping fees and structure. They are steep, and not static. The more you purchase, the more expensive the shipping. There is no bulk rate or standard shipping fee. Otherwise, the experience has been excellent.

The ordering process was simple. The delivery time was better than promised. This was a replacement part and it was super simple to swap out. There was an adapter piece included that went from the existing plug to the new smoke detector.

I did a thorough search on the internet for the dimmer I was seeking. This sight had the exact product for significantly less than other sites. The product was delivered as promised and was well packaged. Would buy from this site again.

Customer service was very helpful! I placed an order for smoke detectors but realized shortly thereafter that I forgot to order a carbon monoxide detector. I simply wrote an email to customer service that I would like to add the carbon monoxide detector to avoid having to pay separate shipping. They replied quickly even on the weekend and added the item to my order. Thanks!

I am sorely disappointed in the product I received.
These shell lights are not even close to what I wanted.
They are not finished in an antique Verde.
They are just painted green.
There is not a light diffuser, there is not a connection at the end of the wires.
They do not come close to the existing shell lights I already have.
I wish to return them for full credit including shipping.

Their website was easy to navigate and order from, and the price was much cheaper than the competitors selling the same device. The delivery came in a timely manner and their follow up was timely also. I would buy again and recommend these guys.

I was looking on the internet for replacement alarms to work in my existing system and electric bargain store made the selection a snap to find the right detector, and the buying process was quick and easy. I will be upgrading more in the future and calling on Electric Bargaining Store for their service.

It was a simple no thrill experience. They had the product and the check out process was simple as well without any surprises. Just the way I like it. This is the second detector I purchased from them and they both work as expected.
