It was very easy to find the exact item I needed, with a couple of clicks it was ordered. It came in about a week, and it was an exact match to what I already had, installation took 45 seconds. Very good experience, I will use them again...soon!

The shopping was okay. I had a couple of problems checking out. Somehow I got bounce out during the payment process. Its a bit unsettling to hit the purchase button twice for one purchase.

The purchase came in. I appreciated the tracking. The installation of the strobe/smoke alarms into the home of one of our residence went well. All five operated without issue.

When I placed my order online, I instantly realized that I select the wrong product. I sent an email immediately as it was after business hours. The next morning I had a response to cancel my online order and I placed the corrected order on then phone. GREAT customer service! I received my product as promised and placed a second order a couple of weeks later.

I read the reviews at Amazon for the Kiddie ****i smoke alarms as I was changing out my old Firex units. The reviews were good, and the price was 25% less at electric bargain store, even after shipping. They arrived in less then 4 days, as advertised. Enjoyed the shopping experience here.

Purchased replacement smoke detectors. Prior to purchase contacted customer service to make sure I was buying the right model. Representative was very helpful and explained in detail what I needed. Delivery was fast and install was very simple.

We had gradually disconnected malfunctioning FIREX smoke alarms til we only had one left. For a small price we now have piece of mind with Kidde replacements, and I added a carbon monoxide detector to the system as well. They all operate together again like when we moved into our house. Small price to pay for safety.

Everything was good. You had the product I needed and it plugged right in. Had to put on the wall plate and the wiring plug was the same. A five minute job and all is well

Very Good. It said my shipping amount was changed when I entered a different billing address and then had to re-enter the shipping address to using the same zip code for previously estimating the shipping.

The products and price were terrific. The only issue was that the notification of shipment didn't arrive via email. However, a quick call to customer service remedied that, and I received the email right away.

Item (emergency exit light) was easy to find and price was very competitive. Ordering was easy but it took a little longer to get the item than I had expected. Nevertheless, overall very good experience.

I ordered from this company because they offered a discontinued model, which I wanted because the newer replacement model had a feature I did not want. When the order arrived it was the newer model, with the unwanted feature. Thus my choice of this company was based on a misleading listing on their website. Probably an innocent mistake, and everything else was great.

Needed an older smoke alarm like the ones installed in/with the alarm system when house was built, that was presenting a problem... the electricbargainstore provided the one i needed, so i bought two just in case down the road i have another problem... thanks EBS:-)

I bought Juno Pro under cabinet LED light fixtures and love them. They were very easy to install and look great. Electric Bargain Stores had good prices and were easy to deal with and delivery time was excellent.

However, I could not see my order on line, no invoice, no email, no confirmation of order, no confirmation of shipping.
It did show up at my doorstep complete! No issues.
Despite all that, I will order again in the future!

Had a good experience. One item was back-ordered but that was communicated to me quickly and it did not take long for it to come. One of the items was defective, but I received a replacement quickly and a prepaid shipping label to send the defective item back. Would shop here again. Thank you.
