Kept and am still asking for a return authorization for a item that they send in the wrong color. Third e-mail and still no answer. Filled out the form they send and have not heard a word even send two e-mails after that with no responds. Still have the item and don't know what I am going to do with it.

Excellent service and excellent products! However, I made a mistake ordering the wrong light bulbs (this was my error, not EBS's). EBS responded immediately and was extremely helpful in resolving my mistake. They even sent me a link to the "correct" light bulbs I needed and I placed a new order. The new order arrived as promised and the bulbs work perfectly. EBS is now assisting me in returning the "incorrect" bulbs. A very pleasant experience using this company. I look forward to using them again.

Very pleased with customer service

Very pleased with customer service. I had mistakenly ordered more smoke detectors then I actually needed and realized this shortly after I placed my order. I contacted customer service and they quickly adjusted my order as well as my bill. Thank you for the quick and easy resolution to my mistake.

It was easy to find the replacement Smoke Detector at Electric Bargain Store. My old ones were 19 years old and were starting to act up.
Although I had to buy a different model, the wiring harnesses were the same.
It was an easy project to order and replace 5 detectors.

I immediately received notice that the light fixtures I ordered were going to take longer to get to me than expected. I was given an opportunity to cancel my order. I appreciated the quick response letting me know of the delay. I did end up receiving the light fixtures only a few days later than expected... RAB

I received a short note saying one item was on back order and was asked if I wanted to continue in any event. I asked how long the back order would take and was told it would be three or four days. I went ahead and everything was great. A polite and customer friendly experience.

Custom order needed to be placed with vendor

Custom order needed to be placed with vendor. Electric Bargain Stores let me know there I had two days to decline order. I indicated to go ahead immediately, and they did. Order was processed and received in a very timely fashion. Very easy to work with Electric Bargain Stores, and price was the best around.

Your packing wasn't great...
February 23, 2019

Your packing wasn't great...there were loose screws in the box...zero padding...the brackets were bent? One housing has a loose transformer...I'm very handy, I'll fix it but I don't think the typical customer could overcome the same issue.

I'm on the verge of ordering more fixtures and working with your awesome customer service guy Daniel...BUT...a tad worried about your packing!

I needed to replace the smoke alarms in my rental home and could not find the product locally but found it right away on this website. Using the online chat, I quickly got all of the information I needed to know that I was purchasing the correct product. I received help with how to install and was told it was very easy. YES, it was! Ordered on a Friday afternoon, received the pkg the following Thursday with free shipping. Great customer service and prices, too.

Quick and easy, took the model & manufacturer info from our smoke detectors and found replacements on your website (with conversion kits due to their age - 17yrs) and placed our order. I found the item I needed quickly. Ordering was easy. Shipping is not free. It seems a little high for such a small item. Overall the cost was a lot less than having an RV dealer install it. I highly recommend the product and the company.

We purchased replacements for all 6 smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in our home. Your prices were by far the best I found at our local stores and on the Internet. Alarm works fine
October 8, 2019

Alarm works fine. However, the adapter to allow easy conversion between the old model wiring and the new model does not fitup properly. Specifically, when inserting the male pin to female end the connector does not lock in place. I ended cutting off the old wire and redoing the connection to make it work which negates the need purchase a conversion kit. Just to be clear, the connection to the new alarm fits properly it is the existing wiring that your adapter should be better engineered,

Our smoke detectors were so old, the company doesn't make them anymore. It was good to find out that new ones with a special adapter were available to replace the ones that are wired into our house current. Easy to replace.

It was quick and easy...as long as the product arrives quickly I will be happy.
The product did arrive several days sooner than I expected. It was extremely easy to install, taking less than 10 minutes to remove the old item and replace it with the new one.
