We are remodeling our kitchen/breakfast area and adding a screened deck. This company really helped me with the lighting. They were able to answer all my questions and saved me from ordering additional lighting trim that I didn't need. For a 9ft ceilings, 11×25, I went with Juno 4" recessed lights, 3000k, 9 of them in along with three pendants over island. Very happy with the results.

I rely heavily on orders to come through when they say they will. I was not informed that your company did not have my swtiches in stock. I paid 200 dollars for 3 day shipping and am not satisfied. I now have not met the deadline of a *******$ electrical project because of your company. FAIL.

Even though I had to wait because of the high demand, it was well worth the wait. What I most appreciate is the contact from you letting you know the status of my order, the approximate delivery date, and the reason for the delay. I even really appreciate the quick response I received when I did email a question.

I have nothing but praise for your customer service.

We ordered a Firex i4618 (4618) (*******) AC Smoke Alarm with Battery Back-up to replace an old malfunctioning one of ours. Product was exactly what we ordered/expected, came quickly, and was cheaper than what I found on other sites. Easy install since it was replacing an existing one. Will certainly use this site again as my other alarms need to be replaced.

This experience has renewed my hope and faith that there is still company's out there that take quality customer service seriously and deliver. I emailed a question regarding a replacement smoke detector an anwer within 24 hours. Item shipped the next day and recieved it 2 days later. Thanks!

Shipping a bit high for being in CA where it was shipped from. Luckily prices where lower then other sites so even with tax I was able to save a little. Better site for customers in states close to CA to avoid the high sales tax here.

Reasonable price and easy navigation. The only issue I have is that I never received any confirmation email or any shipping information. The product just showed up. I actually was going to call that day to find out the eta, but it showed up before I called.

Called to be sure I was ordering the right model of smoke detector to replace our old wired ones, and the woman was very nice and knowledgeable. I just installed all 5 in minutes even without the adapter since the wiring harness was so easy to replace.

I had to replace a smoke alarm with the exact same model because it was interconnected with the others in the system. I had a hard time finding a replacement even online...Electric Bargain Store had the exact model # that I needed and cost less even with shipping charges. So simple to replace and I had it in my hands within 3 days. EBS is on my favorite list now!

I ordered one smoke detector and meant to order two. I immediately emailed the company and an employee call me back within 5 minutes. He canceled my order on the spot as requested by me and i reordered two with to them arriving at my house within four days during this whole pandemic. Great customer service and an easy smooth transaction. Hard to come by with the way of the world these days.

At first I had trouble with the website, it wouldn't allow me to use PayPal or even complete an order. I called she said the website was overloaded, she said they'd call back that day. It didn't happen. I called again the next day and left a message. The guy who returned my call was very surprised at my experience. Anyway he did an AWESOME job, I received my merchandise and am delighted!

Great product and great service, only complaint was that you delivered unit to a tenant at the building who happened to have the same last name instead of to the office or staff at the site. He did call us and have us pick them up from his unit.

The smoke alarms were received as described and before the estimated receipt date. I installed all three detectors following the instructions and had no problems at all. Good product at a reasonable price
