On the website it stated that the product was out of stock or no longer available. The price was cheap and was exactly what I was looking for. So clicked anyways to read the description. So I continued to see what would 7 smoke alarms would cost delivered. Then I continued to purchase, and IT DID. Then all of sudden it was delivered right on time as promised. Great Product, Cheap Price, Fast Delivery.

My order was on back order due to being out of product. Electric bargain store emailed me to let me know that it will take 4-5 days for them to be resupplied. I told them that is ok and ship it when it comes in. 4 days later it was shipped and arrived with 2 days which I was very pleased. Product is installed the next day with no issues. Thank You

The product depicted on the web site and I purchased was not delivered. Rather, a replacement product was shippe that would not fit the mounting bracket of the lighting fixture. Electric Bargain stores originally declined to allow a return. I await further discussions with them at this time.

My order was accurate and customer service through email was very responsive - good overall experience.

The entire purchasing experience was great. At this time I cannot comment on the product as the items are on the to-do list and have not been installed. If I am able to update my review I will do so after I install the items.

I shopped the big box stores and other on-line retailers for the brand of dimmer switch I wanted. I found the best price here and the shipping charge was also reasonable. The switches were delivered quickly and my overall experience with this retailer was great!

Simple process. Customer service was great with resolving an issue with old login from 2016! I was not able to remember the password and did not have access to old emails address. They update emails address and sent me a temporary password within 2 hours.

I needed to find a replacement for a very old unit no longer manufactured. The online "Chat" customer service rep was awesome in helping me find this, and quickly directed me to the links for the proper product to meet fire code in my state

Very good experience. Salesman called me the day I placed the order and advised that he did not have everything I needed in stock, and made the adjustments to order what he didn't have and shipped my order complete in a timely manner. It showed up earlier than what I was anticipating.

My experience with Electric Bargain Stores was great. My only issue is that I ordered an extra item which I found out I didn't need. I tried to return the item but they did not accept it because it was outside of their 30-day return window. Other that that, everything was great.

Customer service was an outstanding experience. The representative was considerate, kind, and accommodating especially when explaining a need for the information she was requesting. Time was taken to help me save money in regards to shipping. Overall, the experience with the Electric Bargain Stores was outstanding and a good source for one electrical needs.

I have older smoke alarms in my home that will need to be replaced eventually. The reason I purchased this one was because, during the course of changing the battery, I dropped the unit and it shattered. It was great to be able to find a retrofit for this. I have 4 more units that I will replace as my budget allows.

Great customer service. Quality Lutron dimmers. Quick feedback on order. Switches were out of stock, but electricbargaintores arranged for drop ship directly from Lutron to speed up delivery. They gave me a choice either accept a potential delay or cancel. Switches arrived 2 days later than original date. I will purchase again from them.

On line chat was very helpful. When I received my items one was damaged and I e-mailed info and pictures. I was contacted by e-mail that my issue was being reviewed by vendor. Less than a week later a replacement arrived and I am very pleased.

The only issue I encountered, was with the delivery. The postman delivered to my door, but also had a postage due $2.59. This was not a big deal, as I was on the hook for postage fees anyway. My only suggestion would be to check the postage rates and ensure the cost is covered before shipping.

Had an issue with a back-ordered item. I requested that the in stock portion of the ordered be shipped separately and not be held up until the back-order arrived. Service rep agreed and the in stock items shipped immediately.

Turns out the back ordered items came in earlier than expected, and also shipped promptly.
