I just tried to install the second of the two detectors I purchased and when I pressed the "test" button it set off the other 6 detectors in the house then continued to beep three times. I am not certain if it is defective or I am doing something wrong. I have installed 3 other of your detectors and had no problem. I will get back to you if we can't get it to work correctly.

Replacing old Firex fire alarms with a custom hard-wired connection. Their replacement provided the correct adapter, making the job a painless 20 minutes for 5 new alarms, with batteries included. I spent more time dragging the ladder around than doing the work.

These were replacements for (2) switches that we previously ordered and were defective (2 out of an original order of 25). Unfortunately, I could not find a way to return the defective ones for credit and had to pay for another (3) devices.

I really think that your customer care should take care of the issue of a non working item immediately and then deal with manufacturer later, a customer should not have to wait additional week to get a replacement unit to complete his/her project.

Y'all had the workable solution for replacing a smoke detector used in a hallway. A connector adapter for it was also needed, and you had that, too. The parts weren't cheap but they were affordable, came quickly, and worked, so I am glad I did business with y'all. In fact, I bought 2 each, so as to have a spare as well. Thank you.

I ordered 5 Kidde smoke alarms to replace the ones in my house that are 10 years old. Before ordering from you, I purchased one at Walmart to ensure it was the correct model and would work. The one from Walmart (same model #) came with the adapter. When I received the order from you, no adaptors were included. After paying for the adapters and shipping, it would have been more inexpensive and more efficient to have purchased them from Walmart. Sorry, but that was my experience.

It was good. I found what I needed and ordered it. I got a call within an hour of placing the order that the item I ordered was out of stock. When I explained what I needed the representative was helpful and provided me with information about comparable products that were in stock. I ended up ordering a different product that met my needs. The only negative thing I have to say is that it took the full 3 business days after my order for it to ship. So, I called again to change the shipping method and was able to do that with no problem.
