One of the best online shopping experiences that I have ever had. The person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products I was looking to purchase. The shipping time from California to New Jersey was 2 days from the day I placed the order. The product installed easily and worked exactly as described. A wonderful experience! Every since I ordered from you, your ads are all over every thing that i try to read on AOL. It blocks part of what i am trying to read and is very annoying. Thus i will not be ordering any thing from you or anyone else how use this advertizing methods.

The combination of fair prices, and Paypal makes this a win/win for me. I like not having to use my credit card for online purchases. Your prices on the Fantech products were some of the lowest I found, and since other vendors only accepted credit cards, they lost out.

When I had 2 of the 6 smoke detectors fail in my house I was concerned about replacing them since they were installed when the house was built 1998. Your replacement detectors were great just as advertised they work without me having to rewire the system. I replace all 6 and would like to simply say thank you.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Product purchased was a single recessed light fixture and yet it was packaged and shipped and received within 4 days of placing the order. It was exactly what I ordered and is performing well. I would definitely order from this supplier in the future.

I ordered one replacement smoke detector, and it was the exact type I needed for the system in my house; so I ordered 4 more to replace the others. I received both orders sooner than I expected. I installed all of them and they're working perfectly.

I strongly recommend Electric Bargain Stores. I had a very good experience during product selection. I replaced our old FireX smoke detectors. These detectors are not available any more so the web site was very helpful to recommend to buy the equivalent smoke detectors. Also it recommended the required adapters in order to avoid re-wiring. I chose ground shipping and EBS provided expected delivery date with the shipment confirmation. It was on-time delivery. Overall it was a very good shopping experience.

I emailed customer service to find out the product manufacture date for Kidde smoke alarms prior to placing the order. I received an email back giving the manufacture date, which was very recent (within 2 months of the inquiry). I ordered the products based on the information given to me, and when they arrived, they had the same manufacture date as I had been told by customer service. The price including shipping was much less for the exact same product online elsewhere. We received the products quickly and installed them and they work great.

Initially it was very difficult to get feedback on the status of my order. I.e. Never received an email confirming my order, when I called I was told someone would call me back as the company is working on west coast time, never received a call back and when I called back I spoke to an answering service who only could take a message. After approx. 24 hours I finally spoke to Jonny who gave me good information concerning my order.
I received my order yesterday and the product works great.
You need to fix the system that sends out an email confirming the order and an estimated shipping time.

The products I ordered correctly were fairly priced were a perfect replacement for my outdated ones.
However I made an honest mistake by ordering the wrong unit but financially I can't return it. The cost of the unit was 28$ plans shipping 9$ with the cost of the shipping to return it plus the 25% restocking fee I would have been credited 6$ which is rediculos sorry but your bad policy

I have 5 Juno under-cabinet light fixtures

I have 5 Juno under-cabinet light fixtures. Over 4 years, 4 transformers burned out, 2 in 2 years, 2 later. The first 2 were replaced at no cost. The support folk did what they could with the last 2, but the warranty was over. Ultimately I bought 2 new fixtures. Electric Bargains had the best prices. Shipping was quick. They are self-installable, but not easily. I recommend an electrician.

Overall, the whole process was better than most.

The only regret I have is that wish you would offer a rush charge service so that I would have to wait 2 days for my order to even get processed. By the time I got my order my electrician had finished all else. Now I am going to have to pay for him to come back out just for the switches and wall plates.

I purchased a direct wired flex arm BBQ grill light. I ordered and received e 24" arm. The item itself was beautiful, only, from he online pics and product description, I couldnt really tell whether I needed the 24" or the 36". When I got try 24", I realized it was too short for my BBQ. Perhaps photos along side different sized BBQ with the BBQ sizes stated in the description. Also, there were several versions of the BBQ light I ordered, but all the photos looked the same from one another. For instance, the stainless steel (product code SS) was a lot more money but the pics looked the same as the cheaper one without the "SS". For so long, I searched the site to figure out what this difference was in the quality of the product. I Hope I am making sense here. If not, please feel free to call or email me. ***-***-****.

Dealing with EBS was a pleasure. They exceeded my expectations with a very fast delivery time even though one item was backordered. I called to ask a question and within minutes I received a call back from them. It's so nice to see a company that offers a great price with excellent customer service to match. I know this sounds like a potential phony feedback, but really, this is a great company to deal with.

Thanks for all your help but it won't work. I need a switch that can dim and then an outlet under it. I am sending photo. The new lights are way too bright but I do need an outlet in there as well. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to research and find a compatible smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide replacement sensor for my house (which was 1 part of a connected unit) even though the specific model needed was no longer available. It shipped quickly and I was able to install it per the instructions with no problems. No complaints.

I thought my buying experience was good, however when I asked for clarification of the product I bought. I was given the wrong information about the product. This resulted in my having to return the item since it did not fit. Wasted a lot time in waiting for delivery and had to send it back.

The product I bought is fine with one exception

The product I bought is fine with one exception. There is a circular adhesive sticker on the back of the CO sensor that prevented me from latching the unit onto its ceiling base ring. I had to scrape off a considerable portion of the adhesive sticker all around its outer edge to enable me to engage and rotate the unit onto the 4 latch points on the ring. Otherwise I would not have been able to install the CO sensor.
Once installed the unit has performed flawlessly.

Service was super speedy, price was great, and before purchase I was told it would be an updated replacement and the mounting plate would need to be replaced as well as the component. A smooth transaction and the installation was easy. The replacement smoke alarm is up and working so the family sleeps better at night.

I spent over $11 for the shipping which came within two or three days. But I wish you had a lower price shipping choice for me to choose because two out of my three fire alarms were still good and I don't mind paying a lower price and wait a little longer. Please consider a lower price shipping for your customers to choose. Thank you.
