It took over 16 days from the time the money was transfered from my bank to the day the order was sent. Way to long when doing business. I need this to finish a job that needs to be done this year. Too slow for me. Leonard

I bought through Amazon and you shipped the wrong item. It was not even close to being right. You wasted my time, the worst thing you can do to a customer. I had to arrange a return, drop it off at UPS, and then buy the product from a new vendor.

Thank you so much. I bought 6 smoke detectors and had them delivered for far less than going to the local Big Home store. The detectors in my house were installed when we built the home in 2004 and were obsolete. I was able to type in the old number and was directed to an updated number that were very simple to install without having to re-wire..

Good experience. I had to email you to get a status update as time went by but you responded and I promptly received the goods after that.

Despite the disappointment of getting the wrong part the first time it was very easy and quick to correct the problem. The only issue was with the USPS delivery man putting the second package in the wrong mail box. It took an extra 4 days to straighten out the wrong delivery, but none of that was your companies responsibility. I include that in my comments as reference on the USPS performance for your consideration.

Much better prices for Lutron switches and plates than all Amazon options. Order took a little longer to get than Amazon Prime but after an email exchange with the store they beat their estimate given to me with a few days to spare.

I received my product in a timely manner and it was packaged properly to minimize damage. I feel the price was inflated substantially from what I would consider fair. I know the costs because I have purchased this product numerous times in the past. However, the access to the Factory is no longer available to my company and I had to buy online. Hence this order.

I have bought several BRK First Alert combination smoke/carbon dioxide fire alarms here over the past few years and the price has been reasonable. The shipping has been very fast coming from the west coast to the east coast.

One thing I look for is the date of manufacture when I receive them, to be sure they are not old stock. I have had very good luck and the detectors are new out of the box with a fresh date on them.

Our order of four Juno under cabinet lights arrived on time. The lights inside the packaging were pristine despite the banged up shape of the outer carton. We have waited a long time for our kitchen remodel and these lights fit the design of the cabinetry perfectly and give loads of light that we can dim when needed. All in all a great shopping experience...good quality product at a really good price.

People at the store new there products and options for improvement. I've already returned and made a couple more purchases. And have recommended your store to others. You seem to have good quality products, if so you'll succeed.

I contacted customer service by phone and by email before placing my order to make sure I was ordering the right light fixtures. They were extremely helpful and prompt. My order arrived in three days, packaged well and the fixtures are high quality. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had to order an additional item and they were able to add itto my order without me needing to do a seperate order which would have been additional shipping charges. I ordered 5 smoke alarms and i thought the first order did not go through, so I switched computers and entered the order again. Your company immediately got back to me to confirm they had received two orders and if I truly needed 10 smoke alarms or 5. I really appreciate the confirmation which saved me trouble of trying to return 5 smoke alrams. And my husband easily installed them and we functioning properly for us.

These lights were ordered to complete our kitchen renovation.
When I ordered them, it said the delivery would be in a few days.
I then got a notice they were back ordered. We had to live with our kitchen still torn up.I asked to have it shipped overnight, but was told couldn't do that. They shipped priority and I am still waiting, 2 weeks later!
