We looked for some replacement fire alarms for our home because our alarms were going off inadvertently. We looked at the big box stores but they didn't have a compatible one. We found these online and they worked beautifully. Now we can have peaceful nights again! Thank you! They have a silence button which is great because the others didn't. The product came in about 4 days and they looked great.

All six of my detectors. Saved me the problem and potential danger of being on a ladder with vaulted
Ceilings any longer than necessary.

When the fixtures arrived it looks like they were a bit banged up before they were sent out. Not an issue this time because they're going in an attic but I would expect a little bit more care in handling next time

The item I ordered would take much longer to ship than expected, but a substitute version of the product was offered and it shipped in reasonable amount of time. All interactions were clear, fast, and reliable, and the products ordered were delivered.

The only issue I had was that I never received shipping confirmation or tracking number. After 6 or 7 days I had to contact customer service and they provided the tracking info.
It should have been sent automatically when the item shipped.

I was looking for an exact replacement for an older smoke detector and you had it. Ordered online and it shipped right away. Shipping charges could have been cheaper, but other than that it was a quick and painless transaction. Great job!

No issues other than not having COMPLETE information on the website. The customer service rep was able to quickly answer my questions to help me with my issue. Fortunately, I can still use the product as received. Would still use this service - they didn't maliciously exclude information.

Electronic Bargain Stores allowed me to purchase the quantiy I needed (7) whereas several other sites with competitive prices were offered in two packs so I would have needed to order 8 units.

This gave EBS a clear price advantage. The ordering process was easy and delivery was reasonably quick.

Very happy, was told was a special order and would take several weeks and they hit delivery time right on button. It took me quite a while before I was able to install but everything was perfect (sorry for wait on feedback) just was not able to install right away.

I was so relieved to be able to find a replacement product for an item that we had installed when we had our house built in 2008. We thought it was about time to replace or smoke alarms from 2008. The smoke alarms were very user friendly to replace. All hardware came with replacement product which made it that much easier.

I thought that it was fairly easy to buy the item, but shipping took a long time. I suppose the holidays could have affected that, but I did buy a lot of things online and they all came very fast. I also could not find any tracking information, so I was just sitting in the dark. That might have made it feel like it took a long time as well.

I was very pleased with the unit. It was a replacement for one that was about 18 years old and although it was a different model number, it had all the same features and an adapter to fit my existing plug. Great service and fast delivery. Thanks.

Not one of my regular sources, but they did a great job and the prices are great! I had a small tweak to my order and they responded by email immediately and helped me out. So extra credit for being so responsive when I did need help.
