I absolutely love, love, love, the Juno barn door studio lights! I was just in need of lighting faster than the 5+ weeks it took for them to arrive. Thank you for your attentiveness and understanding of my need for them. But once in place I can now work evenings again. And they are all the talk with my customers!

I had to wait a little over 4 months for delivery of this item but it was the fault of the manufacturer, not Electric Bargain Store. Each time I contacted EBS I got a prompt response and an apology regarding the delayed delivery of my order. But again, it was not their fault and,they were always very polite.
I would order from them again.

Impossible to reach anyone by phone in real time

Impossible to reach anyone by phone in real time. Leave a message and they may or may not call back but it will NOT be within 2 hours. Very frustrating and not convenient. Good product and price but delays in communication and service have cost you a customer.

I ordered replacement smoke detectors

I ordered replacement smoke detectors. The recommended detectors were a different model (my old model has been discontinued). They installed very easily and worked perfectly from the start. I am extremely satisfied.

I had to replace our hard wired smoke alarms in our house and found the replacement package here. Shipping was very fast! I ordered on a Thursday night, my package was sent out on Friday, and I received it on Monday. Definitely would buy from here again! :)

Shipped fast, smoke detectors seem to worked as expected, though we have not had a real fire yet.

Had to change wiring harnesses from old detectors. No big deal, but I did not pick that up from the website when I looked for replacements for the old model.

I searched the web for the product that I ultimately ended up ordering from you folks and found that you had the best price. The product was what I wanted and it arrived quickly. The only thing that could have my experience better was if you offered free shipping above a certain price point. Maybe you already do and I just didn't get there. Not sure. At any rate. I will return in the future.

I ordered 2 smoke/CO detectors on Sunday evening, they shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday with standard shipping (CA to VA). The items were exactly as described and priced 50% lower than the competition. They're installed, tested, and working fine. I'm bookmarking this site and will definitely use again.

I had been searching for some hard to find under cab lights for my trac system. I ordered them from a different site, who charged me, but lost my order and didn't send any communication. So it felt like taking a chance when I ordered them from Electric Bargains. I was thrilled to receive the perfect LED lights. The order confirmation and shipment tracking were first rate as well. I will be glad to look to Electric Bargains for my future lighting needs.

I was looking for recently discontinued Lutron dimming switches & found them here. I called to verify they were exactly what I was looking for & was given excellent service including call back with confirmation. The items arrived when they said they would in their original, never been opened boxes. I was so glad I found these needed devices & that the purchase was so easy & professional. Ordered one brand of smoke detectors...after some online research I wanted to change my order to another brand. I sent an email to them in the evening, a few hours after I placed my original order. They called me the next morning before completing my order, to verify that I indeed did want to change my order. Order was changed and shipped that same day. Great customer service, I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a few light switches on 12/9 but they still hadn't shipped on 12/11 so I contacted customer service and i was happy to see a response the next day with an expected ship date of 12/15 and reason for delay. I received products on 12/17. Very happy. Thank you.

When it comes to customer service it must be understood that there is an aspect of quality that can be only measured by timely shipment. As a suggestion, study how you can achieve same day shipment. Remember, that first time buyers can be returning customers.

This company had what I was looking for at a price that was MUCH less than anywhere else for the same item. They also delivered my order in record time and I am very happy with what I purchased, (Kidde smoke alarms) and I intend telling everyone about this company. I live in an over 55 community and we have quite a few single women in our community. Most of these women do not know how to install a new smoke alarm, however, this company sent me very easy directions on how to replace the smoke alarms and it only took me about 10 minutes to do, and everything was ready to go. Great experience.

While the price was very good, I suspect that they do not keep a good inventory. It took eight days after placing the order to ship it. The website does not say if an item is in stock or how soon they can ship it.
