Overall, the experience was positive. The product arrived in excellent condition, the price was a big consideration for me buying it online instead of with the local stores. My only negative, and it's not a huge deal, but it took almost a week to get here. If I were in a time crunch it could have been a bit of a problem since we are building a new home and if the builder needed the product right away, I wouldn't have been able to wait that long to receive it. Glad I planned ahead cause I thought it would be here in about 2-3 days like most other online stores deliver. I received other fans that I ordered the same day from a different seller in only 3 days, so if you need something quickly, you will need to pay for expedited shipping. Would still recommend this seller to others.

Prices tend to be excellent, but no real time stock indicator means you never know if something is in stock or must be backordered. Email customer service is courteous and responsive during normal business hours. Customers should be aware of the large 25% restocking fee if you ever need to return something.

Price was high, but then - EBS was the only place I've found this Lurton item. I confirmed by on line chat, and the agent was able to find my order and give precise info. Delivery was in time, accompanied by emails keeping me posted along the way. So we get what we pay for, and you folks are on the ball.

My experience was overall very good, pricing was good, customer service was great. But the lead time on the order was a little to long in my opinion...11 days from purchase to delivery. When ordering again I will have to take this into consideration being that I purchase for Marriott properties.

Products were well packaged, and of good quality & appearance. The exterior battery installation location is a nice convenience that doesn't diminish the appearance. Installation was easy, and initial performance seems good. No complaints at all. The only possible improvement I can think of now, is that they could have been shipped with Duracells instead of no-name batteries.

I am super impressed! Bought the same smoke detectors that Amazon had but saved about $10 on 4, even after shipping (and they had a deal I thought couldn't be beat). Plus the shipping was SUPER fast. I would highly recommend your store to others!

This is an exact replacement for my original smoke alarm. The price was very reasonable; so I ordered six of the units to replace all of my original ones. I received the products via USPS in a reasonable amount of time. Totally satisfied. I would recommend the company and their product.

The order was looking like delayed. You sent an email asking if I wanted to cancel. Then another email that the order was not in stock. I asked for an answer by email if you would get more in later or not carrying them anymore and received no response. Them finally an email one day later that they were back in stock and shipping. Really did not know the status until they showed up at the door. I would streamline your process..

I would give you 10 stars if I could! Because of a slight shipping error, I was shorted (1) light. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response from them. They sent the light Next Day Air. It was greatly appreciated since I had an electrician still on the job and I didn't have to schedule a time for him to come back. Great service!

Placed my online order
April 6, 2016

Placed my online order. Got e-mail next day that one item was not in stock and they offered substitute model or I could wait until next shipment to replenish their stock arrives. I took the substitute model and they quickly got shipment off. Received shipment in just a couple of days. All products were accounted for and I installed the next day. All alarms working just fine. I recommend this vendor.

I ordered 48 Juno track light heads
December 6, 2017

I ordered 48 Juno track light heads. The price was better than anywhere else by quite a bit. I was informed right away that they were backordered for 7-10 days and they wanted to know if I would like to proceed still. I did. The lights came sooner than estimated, so I was quite pleased. I will definitely purchase from Electric Bargain Store in the future.

Overall my experience was positive

Overall my experience was positive. Only one glitch. I purposefully ordered 7 smoke alarms that could be installed without rewiring. I had older Firex units. The first 6 went smoothly but the smoke alarm/carbon monoxide unit could not be installed with the adapter. It was too big and I could not attach the unit to the wall plate. Rewiring was required which I did. I am not pursuing a refund because I only spent $18 dollars more for this device which allowed for no rewiring. I know you sell many products so I don't expect your sails agent to know everything. Daniel was my contact and he was very helpful.

The smoke alarms were back ordered but I was notified quickly. The estimated delivery date given me was met. I was pleased with the follow up e-mails keeping me informed. The newer model alarms were replacements for my 12 year old ones. Out of the box to completely wired and tested was about 30 minutes for 7 alarms.

EBS had the smoke detectors I was looking for at a competitive market price. Web site was easy to use as was the ordering component. A rather long delivery time for the product, but for this specific project it did not result in a job site delay. Will try EBS again in the future for other similar products.

I am very pleased with the order I made through Electric Bargain Store. The seven combo smoke/co alarms were exactly what was ordered; each one was in the original packaging, they all functioned properly and the price was very reasonable.
The order was followed up with emails confirming the order and a tracking number was sent to me as well; so, I was able to know when the package would arrive. The package arrived the day it was supposed to, which is unusual since our local services don't usually deliver on a Saturday; but to my surprise the package was there.
