Lovely quilt set, only issue was the the flower on the pillowcase was stitched on the wrong side compared to the one shown in the photo which was a little disappointing however happy with the quality of the fabric and stitching and ended up buying another set for a friends daughter! We received our order really quickly - prompt shipping and good coomunication. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect, but after sending a quick email with a couple of photos the correct item arrived a few days later, still in time for the birthday.
All communication was quick and clear, we will be repeat customers!
I placed an order between Xmas and New Year, and, after taking my money and not hearing from them, I contacted them to be told they were on holidays and would not be returning till the 14th January. When I didn't here from them a few days after that date, I again contacted them to be told they had a problem with the stock and were waiting for new stock which should arrive at the end of that week. Still didn't hear from them, so contacted them again to be told they would be closed the next day (Australia Day) but would send the item the following day and would send me the shipping number. Finally I got an email yesterday (1 week after they said they would send it) to say it was just shipped... still waiting for it!
Thank you so much Susan and Elan for your great service. My sheets had a hole in fabric which I realised after first wash and Elan arranged a replacement for me within 2 days & free of cost.
May I also say that when I was online purchasing the doona covers and sheets, a lovely lady - her name cannot remember but I think it was Tania - was chatting with me and assisting with my selection. If someone can go act through my order and see who it was and pass her name onto management, then it would be very much appreciated.
I will definitely be going back to your website as the service was excellent.

This is one of the worst online companies I have dealt with. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them I finally made contact to be told that the item was not in stock. I requested a refund and heard nothing, I then asked twice more and have still had no response. I am currently in a dispute resolution with them via Paypay.
I received my kas cushions today and needless to say I'm very happy with my purchase. My cushions are so well matched to my decor and prices were amazing. Thanks so much I wish you had linen house and aura too. I love their bedding. Thanks, Nicole

I purchased a microfiber quilt from them back in December and ordered a wrong size in error. The delivery took 7 working days for me in NSW however I was disappointed to see that I've got an incorrect size. I gave them a call and spoke very angrily as I was unhappy and I always find returns as a hassle. The girl Susan listened to me with patience and dealt politely and made me realize that I have ordered a wrong size. She arranged a collection from my place within 2 working days and the correct size with of course some extra payment was also delivered. All in all they're nice people to deal with and I will definitely come back for my bedding needs. Melissa B.
I have made two separate purchases with this company. They have inaccurate product information inaccurate stock levels and lengthy delivery times. On the first occasion that I ordered, they didn't have my item but processed the order. Delivery was over 3 weeks! Second occasion, they didn't have two of the items I ordered and paid for (despite site saying available stock); they then said they had dispatched my revised order and when I enquired 2 weeks later why it hadn't arrived they said that item was not in stock either. So I had paid for items, reordered and then had no delivery! I ended up having to cancel the order after 5 weeks of them mucking me about. Better off paying a little more in the stores. Australia is not up with the times with Internet shopping. I can get 2-3 day delivery from the UK!
I made a online purchase 7 weeks ago through this company. After 3 weeks had passed I sent an email asking where my order is and still have got no response to date. I than started a dispute through PayPal but also got no response. I called the company and asked where my order is they could not tell me where it is, if it's in stock, if it's been sent and would not let me speak to the manager! They then promised they would send me an email within 24 hours letting me know where it is. 4 days later and no email! I rang again same thing. Couldn't tell me anything and I was actually hung up on! I was annoyed but I was still calm when speaking. I then rang back about an hour later same thing he promised again I would get an email within 24 hours and was then hung up on AGAIN! 48 hours has passed and still NO email telling me where my purchase is! I have also made a claim through PayPal and hopefully I will get my full refund back. The website looks professional and Alex the computer make the company look like they have good customer service but when you call looking for your purchase you'll get a rude shock when they can't tell you anything and you can't understand the Pakistani accent.
Extremely unhappy experience!
I was overseas while I was trying to place an order for some coverlets and it was a difficult task since I am not very useful with computers. However, Alex was amazing on the online chat, so patient with me, and extremely helpful. She was effective in answering my questions and I received my coverlets within a week! Packing was sturdy and neat. I would have no hesitations in re-ordering from Elan again due to my perfect shopping service. Thank you Elan wish you guys all the best
The rug is great just what I needed. Easy to clean and good size and decent quality for price is a nice light to mid black colour.
The Bianca bedspread is very fine. I gave it five stars because the fabric is not as heavy as the old (30 yrs ago) bedspreads that were 100% cotton... and Elan is the best place to buy if I compare the prices with other online retailers. This one might wear better and be easier to clean. I am satisfied.
Contacted customer service, no reply, phone calls - phone was never answered. Only method of contact was online chat. Makes it very difficult to follow up on issues.
We are so happy with our purchase from elan linen. Staff were very helpful and tried harder satisfy my needs. I will definitely shop with them again!
I love the Mariposa kas kids quilt. It is beautiful, but not too girly i. E. not too pink, and no hearts or bows. This quilt is timeless and will last my little girl into her teens. Elan linen has great products and happy with the service. Will come back
