Good morning. With reference to your reply to my email regarding the Nappy Pails, can you definitely confirm that you will be receiving further stocks in Mid July? I sent you an email back but as yet you haven't contacted me about my concerns. I have also tried to contact you by phone but all I can do is leave a message... no one is answering. What is going on?

Order 100004072 My items were not in stock despite this my credit card was debited in April though stock not due to arrive until August. I cancelled my order and my refund was promised within 5 to 7 days. This has not happened. I have never known any internet company to take so long to process a refund. Hi, Elan Linen - I would like to know why some people have written poor reviews of your business and why others seem to be sent the items that they have paid for? It seems strange to me that a "business" could operate in this way. How do you pick who you actually send purchases through to? Is it at random or just when you feel like it? Or maybe do you not actually have the items, as people that have reviewed you have said and then you just decide that you will never send them? Please get back to me re: my questions. I would be very interested to hear how your business works.

I have registered on your site but I am unable to log in and view my orders. I placed an order on the 1/12/15 and my card was debited $128.65 by store ID 61390149494 I did not relies this was Elan Linen. I have not received any confirmation emails regarding my order nor have I received my order. I thought my order had not gone through so I have now placed another order this morning 8/12/15 for the amount of $132.94. After contacting my bank I was advised that my original order had been debited from my account on the 1/12/15 by your store. I need to cancel the 8/12/15 order for the amount of $132.94 immediately. Please advise when you will be sending my item ordered on the 1/12/15. I would also like to know why I can not log into your site and view my orders and cancel them. Please contact me immediately. If i do not have any contact from you within the next 24 hours I will arrange an investigation via my bank and contact department Of Fair trading for non delivery of goods.

Reviews are good and bad and I knew these are part of every business. Can anyone let me know these are orginal brands bedding? Waiting for reply!
