My credit card was charged successfully but I received no order confirmation and the transaction has been pending for almost 5 days now. Took 4 days to respond to my email and despite calling every day, no one picks up the phone. I cant get my money back and my order is missing. The customer service is awful, the website barely works, and I'm just screwed out of my money. Don't order from this company. I have a hunch that the good reviews are bots or the company posting themselves. I have filed a complaint to BBB, the state of Florida, and the state of California.

After I ordered from ejuicedirect... I read a lot of negative reviews and was considering cancelling payment. Decided to give them until 5 business days after estimated delivery date. Got everything on time, tho. Just keep in mind, there's a lot of laws that prevent some states and carrier services from delivering vape items.

Older reviews are positive because EJuice used to ship usps. New law and usps no longer handles vape products, EJuice now uses OLX and they are incapable of delivering a package. Zero stars is not an option. Once your order is shipped they will email you a tracking number and on the day your order is supposed to arrive, they will add another day to the delivery date. If it's a Friday, they will add 2 more days. So each day you think you will get it, it changes to tomorrow. They do not provide a refund when you complain. I am out 119.75 cents, going to see if my bank can help get the money back. It has been 4 weeks and still they keep updating the arrival date to the next day. OLX is a joke for shipping and any company that uses them is a joke. Find a company that ships fed ex or ups and it is a safe bet. Ignore any positive review as the new shipping took place November 2021. Any review after this date will be zero stars.

Their shipping cost on a small bottle is outrageous. They will not refund you when their site leads you to the wrong e juice. And their customer service is horrible. Prices are gross. Their taking advantage of nicotine addiction bad, you can clearly see this in their prices.

Horrible shipping

This company has ridiculous customer service and is very unprofessional. I ordered from them during the pandemic and my order took 3 weeks to get to me. I emailed them numerous times without a response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was the pandemic and I ordered from them again over 3 weeks ago. I have still not received my juice and I get no replies to my emails. (It's been over 3 weeks since I placed my order) They do not provide you with a tracking number that actually works. I have ordered from numerous e-juice companies and have never had any issues. I always get anything I order within a week or less. I urge people not to order from this company. I'm not sure what they have going on there but they definitely don't care about their customers.

Nightmare to deal with.

Complete trash

They customer service is 100% incompetent, shipping it garbage. Made an order on the 28th of July, there site at shipping says 5 to 15 days shipping. I'm at day 14 and there now telling me it's business days. And I'm only on day 10. Never had an issue in the past and never had to ask them where my product is until now. There prices are B. S. they up charge you with mti state taxes and bottle charges of 2 dollars per when they only cost 50 cents. Never ever again.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. This business is a scam. Once your order is shipped they will email you a tracking number and on the day your order is supposed to arrive, they will add another day to the delivery date. If it's a Friday, they will add 2 more days. So each day you think you will get it, it changes to tomorrow. They do not provide a refund when you complain so I suggest you file a claim with your bank.

Very unhappy

Do not buy from them! They say your order was shipped and in fact it never was! No contact number all you have is a email! Which is just lie after lie trying to get your money back! It's a scam! Go directly to your bank! It's been over2 months now trying to get my 139$ back! Ridiculous!

No Product No Refund

I ordered from this site and they sent tit through Route with weird invalid tracking numbers and some strange never heard of shipping company. Over 2 weeks later the shipper has not delivered and the site says Route is responsible for the lost claim. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SITE! I don't have my order and I don't have my money! Shipper (not sure still which one - showed a picture of my front door to show they were there - never could find out when they were expected so I could make sure I was home! Ordered from one of the reputable sites - order to delivery - 5 days - valid tracking.

I was scammed.

Ordered 12mg ejuice by Pinup Vapors. It never arrived. I contacted company via their page which had the order with tracking number on my account. Upon emailing the company they had no record of that tracking number? Website removed having issues same day? I emailed company today and website is down or removed this evening? I submitted a fraud claim with my bank.

Scammers!

Do not order from this Company! They take your money and Never Deliver a Product! They say your order is Secure with Route but Route can't help if they don't receive a Shipping Number! Now I'm out $116 and the customer service number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails! Please Don't waste your money! I've Contacted the Better Business Bureau and they opened a case so Hopefully They will Shut Down these Scammers!

I place my order on 11/27/21. No delivery and they have $795.22 from me. There is no phone number, only chat and email and all you will get back are stock letters. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR EJUICEDIRECT.COM.

I'm out $55 because eJuiceDirect must have mislabeled my order. So it just keeps bouncing from one USPS location to another. USPS won't refund it because they claim it's not missing, just being processed. EJuiceDirect claims they are no longer liable once they put it in the mail on 11/14/23.

EDITED: after posting this, EJuiceDirect contacted me and sent a replacement order. But it shouldn't have been that difficult to get their assistance, so I will not order from them again and do not recommend them.

Waited over two months and never received my order. They leave it up to you to contact the shipping company. Customer support is worthless. I've never seen anything like it. If I knew I would have to wait for something a few states away I would have never ordered! And why is DHL a company in Germany got my item if this is coming from Washington state? I is been 6 days since I ordered and it shows it's still in WASINGTON STATE IT HAS NOT MOVED AN INCH! I'm not happy

I placed an order and when I place to order it said one price when I looked at my credit card it said a different price I even sent them proof of what the screen said before i paid I called customer service were of no help at all I was told was to cancel the order would not be ordering ever again buyers beware

What happened to this company?

I've been ordering from this company for around 2 years, and in the past they were fine. My most recent order from them, though, was a DISASTER. What went wrong? Well, the number one problem is the shipper they are now using. As other reviewers have mentioned, the shipper puts one estimated delivery date on their tracking at first, but pushes it back multiple times (for me it has been at least SEVEN times that the date has been pushed back.) When I contacted EJD's customer service, I got a bunch of excuses and no real help. I emailed them again to let them know that I would no longer be buying from them due to the obscenely slow shipping time (the order was placed on 11/26/21, and as of 12/21/21 still hasn't arrived.) So what did they do? They didn't ask me if I wanted to, but unilaterally requested their shipper to RTS (Return to Sender) my package and refunded me. So I waited all that time for nothing- and I NEVER requested a refund, and I did still want that order that I had been waiting for for almost a month. This action feels retaliatory, to be frank. But it has only confirmed to me that it was a good decision for me to NEVER buy from this company ever again.
