I am very disappointed and frustrated. This company has issued far more invalid gift cards and the process to get a refund or to replace takes too long. Meanwhile, I'm the idiot that gives them another chance and gets cheated again and again. Not anymore!

EJ's offers a nice assortment of gift cards at competitive discount prices. The transaction process [via Zelle] is not optimal and needs to be replaced with a more instant method.

Bought Grubhub card that was delivered with no money in it. Reached out for refund and still has not heard back.

It was committed the gift card will be delivered in 10 mins. Waited 2 hours order got cancelled. Next day After sending couple of emails I got the gift card. Now its useless since the merchant for which I bought the gift card ended the promotion. Will not buy gift cards next time and would suggest friends to stay away from ejgiftcards.

The Gift Cards are already sent for order 59276, and the reason the order was cancelled as the payment made by you was incorrect due to which our system dint not recognized the order.
Note: Due to Auto cancellation by the system our team had to manually send the Gift Cards because of this there was a delay. So please make sure while sending the payment order amount is accurate.
Excellent experience with this seller. My gift cards were delivered via secure e-mail immediately following payment. Very easy transaction. Gift cards worked. I wish the seller had a bigger supply!

I have ordered a few times from EJGiftcards and the first couple of times were a a little difficult because of Zelle. I decided to open an account at another bank that works well with Zelle and everything is great now. I recently placed an order for some CVS gift cards and after submitting payment, I received the gift cards in about 10 minutes. That's awesome service!

I was skeptical of the great deal on the gift cards, but they all worked out. Payment is limited to Zelle or Crypto, but I made it work out. There was a problem with a few cards, but their claim form process was smooth and they gladly replaced the cards quickly.

Purchased a Netflix gift card, and Netflix informed me that the card # was invalid. Refunds are not timely either, they do respond in a somewhat timely manner. I would not recommend this site, just pay the extra $3-$4 and purchase directly from the merchant.

Most $25 gift cards I bought have ZERO initial balance! I have to make claim for each ZERO initial balance gift card, and wait for a long time for the resolution
