EJ Gift Cards

Overall, I don't recommend this website. But, if you can't resist the deal, here's a tip: redeem the gift cards as soon as you receive it. That way, if your balance says zero, you are covered by their "Guarantee Policy". I don't know how effective that policy is. From the reviews, not that much.

I usually get my Petco gift cards from this site. It saves me like 18%. I bought one sometime on July 25th, 2021 for $25. I usually use the gift cards right away. But, this time I used only $12.76 from my gift card. So, today (Sept 19,2021) I tried to use the rest and the balance kept saying 0.00. From the reviews I learned that it's a thing. Some people lost money in hundreds of dollars. Thankfully mine is not that much. I am still bummed though. I lost more than I saved over the previous orders. And all the efforts I had to put through to get these cards. Just not worth it. On top of that I learned that people who sell gift cards are not getting much in return and not getting their money back on time.

On May 24 I purchased a $100 gift card to Starbucks for $80. The gift card was to arrive via emai. On May 30, I decided to call the phone number attached to the transaction in my bank account as the purchase had cleared, I had received a confirmation email from EJ Gift Cards, but never received the email with the gift card. I spoke with Andrea Quiles who confirmed that they received payment but they had no such gift card. Andrea informed me that I would need to complete a manual claim form that she would email me. I received the email and immediately replied with the requested information on May 30th. I received no confirmation or further communication. I sent a follow up email on June 8th and again received no response and no refund. My phone calls arent answered.

When Purchasing the gift card the only option I could use was Zelle which asked to mention to enter the order id in the notes section, in the Bank of America I couldn't find the notes section to enter the same hence tried the chat then the email option of this website, no response on either, but eventually found the notes section and everything worked out well in the end. Would recommend any other payment method be included as well like PayPal etc.

Beware, NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this fraudulent website. I paid for 2*$10 giftcards with BTC using COINBASE COMMERCE with transaction ID: https://commerce.coinbase.com/receipts/LYKVBK3E. So, the transaction says it's completed and they received the amount of the BTC, but I never received any order number or gift cards, that was a simple SCAM. I have also called them but the phone number is not valid, also I emailed them but they never replied back to me from 3 days ago. I also reported them to COINBASE and to the IC3; they asked me some information, I hope they take action against this fraudulent guy. What I learned is that never trust any website/company/person that they only accept CRYPTOCURRENCY as payment method, because you don't have any protection if they decide to scam you.

I purchased two gift cards from EJ Gift Cards and neither card was valid. I have attempted to contact them to get this matter solved; i. E. receive my money back and have been given the run around if I am lucky enough to get them to answer the phone. Do not, I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GIFT CARDS FROM EF GIFT CARDS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am presently going through my bank to get this problem resolved and force them to return my money. These people are THIEVES!

It took over a week and a half to receive my funds via debit card and they only gave me half of what my gift card was worth. That's ridiculous.
