I am very disappointed and frustrated. This company has issued far more invalid gift cards and the process to get a refund or to replace takes too long. Meanwhile, I'm the idiot that gives them another chance and gets cheated again and again. Not anymore!

There is always a problem with some cards in my orders not being fully funded. Their customer service is always contacted to remedy and they don't always get the facts right away. It's too bad their prices are usually the best.

Bought $75 worth of outback steakhouse. Went to the store and found there is a $0.00 balance inside... I had to pay full price at the restaurant. I submitted a claim thru website and has not gotten any response yet.

I purchased 2 gift cards, both had 0 balance when i attempted to use it the day of purchase. I opened a claim but the claim was resolved without giving me any explanation or refund, and they are not responding to the multiple emails i sent them

I filed a criminal complaint online against these thieves and you can too. Complaint.ic3.gov. They stole $50 from a roadhouse gift card after telling me via email that they'd initiated a payment to my PayPal account. If you're a victim I urge you to file a complaint as well.

I purchased an iTunes gift card. The code had already been redeemed. When I contacted the admin, they said to give them 2-3 weeks to review. After the requested amount of time, they still have not responded to any other communication. Read all of the reviews on this site. I should have paid attention to the multiple negative versus the few good.

They use "BIG" discounts to attract buyers attention. After collecting your personal and credit card information, your purchase will be "canceled" without any explanation. I have been triggered twice. Strongly recommend replacing your credit card like I did if you experience the same.

This company is a complete fraud. They sell empty value gift cards and never attempt to do the right thing and refund customers money. That is their intent, not to return the money and choose to make a living dishonestly. They need to be shut down by the FTC and put in jail. Avoid this scam at all costs and help to put these crooks away.

Bought 5 $25 office depot gift cards for almost 25% off face value to use on something I was planning to purchase the same day online. Not difficult paying with Zelle. Had cards within 20 minutes of submitting payment. Used immediately after receiving and all cards had the correct balances. I only buy gift cards from discounters like this site when I plan to use up the entire gift card amount immediately.

With promotions of up to 30% and above. Buying gift cards to items you plan on purchasing on a daily basis;... It's a No Brainer!

Made a purchase for an iTunes gift card it was an invalid number sent a dispute form no answer phone call no answer email no answer these people are frauds will file a credit card dispute with them so i can get my money back. I uploaded a picture as you can see it has a pin i was told when i called apple support there gift cards have no pins.
