Been dealing with EJ Gift Cards for almost a year in which I bought many gift cards. I have had very few cards that after I bought has 0 balance on them. However, even months after their guarantee period, I received full refund in either another gift card or fund of purchase price. Will continue to get my gift cards from.
I have been selling them gift cards for well over a year now. I work with a representative named Mike and he is on top of things. I truly appreciate the work ethic he brings to them team which really helps with this business. I like this company because they are efficient and they provide great customer service. I am a bulk seller and I have never received any problems.

Originally I was sceptical about the site being a fake or scam. I took my chances by buying a gift card where I had to transfer less amount. But it turned out the service is really good. Though I would have preferred online credit card payment rather than Zelle transfer still no complaints.

Bought 5 $25 office depot gift cards for almost 25% off face value to use on something I was planning to purchase the same day online. Not difficult paying with Zelle. Had cards within 20 minutes of submitting payment. Used immediately after receiving and all cards had the correct balances. I only buy gift cards from discounters like this site when I plan to use up the entire gift card amount immediately.

I recently ordered two giftcards from this company, and only one of them worked. When I reported the problem, I was asked to fill out a claim form. The issue was resolved within 24 hours, and I received a new card that worked perfectly.

It wasn't exactly in time to use it as I was at the store when I ordered it, but it came within a couple days after an almost cancellation and mistaken 2 orders placed. Haven't used it yet, plan to soon

EJ is middle man, 99% their cards are guaranteed 24hrs. If you order during week-end or at night, expect delay in delivery. Because EJ is middle man they cannot control 100% value of the card that's why cancellation last minute.
Be careful of the walmart card. EJ don't disclose the cards are giftcard or store credit. Store credit card means return without proof of purchase (stealing items then return), if you apply those cards on your account, walmart fraud team will flag you, they assume that you OFTEN return without receipt then ban you for life. That's what happen to me. They email me, accusing me to abuse returns rules bla bla each time i use walmart giftcard from EJ. I have to escalate/dispute 4 times to prove my innocence.
Don't buy from this site if you don't want to be fooled. I bought a $500 Lowe's gift card from this site on May 3, used it for about $200, the next day when I wanted to use the rest, it was empty! I opened a claim and got no response for 3-4 weeks, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company, then they finally reminded themselves to contact me, they sent me an email that they will refund me, which didn't happen till today! I'm still in the process of the dispute, so for your own good to avoid all this headaches stay miles away from this company!
Tried to sell a 10$ gift card for 4 bucks and it's been almost almost a week with no change in status. Tried reaching out to Admin twice but they have been amazingly unresponsive. Thankfully it's not a significant amount or id be angry but still feel like im being taken for a ride.
Oh well serves me right i guess, how these people manage to stay in business ill never know. They ought to be shut down and investigated for fraud.
Terrible SCAM company. They give you non-functioning gift cards, and then delay you for months in getting a resolution with excuses and "investigations". As if that has anything to do with their legal obligation to provide what was paid for. Either they never give you a refund, or their business model must involve making interest off your money that's being held hostage.
I would have seen the review before I purchased the gift card from it.
1. The card with the balance sold from there has very short life.
2. Warranty promised is never committed
3. No response by contacting
4. My guess is that his company is managed very poor. The original card owner who sold their cards failed to get money as expected and then they decided to use it. And the card buyers found incorrect balance and claimed for money back but no response. This loop never ends.
Everyone should be cautioned!
Bought a $100 gift card from panera for $79. Couple weeks later my balance on the card is $29, (someone used $71 on it). They refunded me $50 back so i basically paid full price for this card and got $29 worth which i had to use right away or else the thief could have used it again.

Ok. I purchased a guitar center gift card in the amount of $200 and after a couple weeks tried to use it. There was a balance of less than $2. I've made numerous attempts to call them. Does a recording that says high call volume and a wait time of 7-10 minutes ring a bell? Yes, every time I call. I receive a generic email response stating it will take 14-21 business days to investigate. I will make several more attempts than follow up with the FTC, Better Business Bureau and Clark Howard.
Should have listened to all the reviews not just the few postived ones that may be planted.
Sold 3 giftcards to ej giftcards 8/16/19.
After entering card info the accepting their offer I receive a email for the company stating I would receive payment in 3 days via paypal. I checked giftcard balance after and it was $0 right after I sent them the info. Now its 11/2/2019 I have received no money, I have emailed and called every 1-2 weeks and never got a response or a paypal deposit. I should just get paypal deposit, they got giftcard money right away and now its over 2 months and I have received nothing. They are really taking advantage of people, it's a straight up scam there is no legit reason for them not paying.At this point I don't want any excuses or response that their looking into it, I just want the money I'm owed.

Do not believe any positive reviews. They write their own. When you see a positive review, click on it and you will see that that is the only review ever written by that person. No wonder they don't have time to ever respond to anyone - they are too busy writing reviews. They should be reported to the Attorney General's office. What they are doing is actually criminal. I have stopped buying gift cards now - even from legit sites. It just isn't worth the risk.
Buyer beware! Purchased a Gift Card that had a fraction of what it was supposed to have. Never received a response from email and never answered my phone calls. Report these frauds to the federal trade commission!
