First time ordering gift cards on this site. Site said e-gift cards would be delivered in 5-10 mins following Zelle payment, but it's been 15 or more and they aren't yet emailed. I realize it may take longer than 5-10 mins, but you should adjust message so that I'm not expecting them that quickly if that's not likely.
First order I placed and the card was empty after being delivered after 5 minutes. Now it's saying it could take a couple of weeks to finish the claim I have open. Not worth the hassle of saving a couple of dollars
Biggest limitation as I experienced it was that I could only purchase one card at a time. 2 Zelle transfers for the same amount, in rapid succession, pushes the buyer into additional verification processes... my 2nd purchase was not completed.
Stole my money. Sold empty gift cards and won't contact me back. It's been over a month. I've contacted them many times with no response. I've called and it leads to a generic message with no opportunity to leave a message. DON'T RISK IT!
This particular experience was seemless. I know people have had some trouble in the last, but experience alone was pretty good. They say 2-days for delivery of money to paypal but it's usually within a day, if not hours. Be aware that that may not always be the case, but it was in this instance
This site sells empty gift cards and does not reply to any inquiries at all. I tried contacting them for 2+ weeks with no response at all from them. Their guarantee is bogus when you cannot contact them at all to dispute.
I bought a gift card and when I tried using it the SAME day the vendor said it had already been fully used/emptied the day before I even bought the card!
Gift cards don't work! Purchased cards totaling over $200 and they have $0 balance. Tried calling multiple times but it goes strait to voicemail. Left multiple messages, no one has called back. Emailed several times with no response.
Bought a $50 retail gift card that had $0 value when I received it. EJ's customer service is non-existent. Turns out the card was used 5 days before I bought it. After I complained a different gift card I had purchased suddenly had zero balance. I have dealt with numerous gift card companies of this type and while I have an occasional problem, I have never dealt with a company worse than this one. One star is way too high!
Cards I purchased (order #*******) are unusable. I contacted them numerous times and they have not responded. I also got my credit card involved and they said they provided credit... they did not. Under no circumstances purchase from them. They just steal you money.
Had a great first experience buying Petco gift cards. They arrived within a few minutes. Because most gift cards seem to have a 24-hour guarantee, I wouldn't buy these unless you intend to use them immediately.

Purchased two gift cards. Checked balance and found both cards had zero balances. Despite my reporting to company that the cards had a zero balance the next day for the first card and within 20 minutes of purchase for the second, it took six weeks to get a refund for the first card and four weeks for the second. Way too slow to get my refund. They should check the balances of their cards they sell before they sell it. Will never shop here again.
My first time selling any gift card of the sort online and choosing EJ Gift cards was a great option to do so. Got my card so and the amount was paid to me on the exact date that was given. Would recommend!

I had a gift card I wanted to get rid of after a lot of research online I found ej gift cards and decided to give it a shot. Since I had an electronic gift card it took longer than the 1-2 days but I emailed them they replied quickly. It was my first time so they had to make sure it was legit and once they did I received my money. I used it once again after that and got my money within the 1-2 days, definitely a fan of this site now.
I accidently put the wrong email in for payment and got instant service on live chat. They were able to change the email instantly and i was very pleased with the service

Stay away, you will loose the money
Same like most other people. If you try to use the cards after 24 hours and they do not work, to bad. They defend with their 24 hour guarantee but do not state that after 24 hour your cards might not work and you are out of money. They must have had a bunch of chargebacks on creditcards because you can only pay with zelle. So you never get the money back.
Clearly a nice scam they are running. Will keep an eye out for a class action in the future.
Lost $95 in Outback gift cards
We are very clear on the checkout page regarding the spend policy.
Order cannot be submitted by the customer without accepting our spend policy Agreement.
As we are third-party Gift Card vendors we have a Too short guarantee, However, we do allow our customers a refund policy and we will do all that is required to fix the issue when customers contact us within the Guarantee period.
I paid via Zelle but accidentally submitted without the order number in the memo. Then because they "didn't receive payment" my order was cancelled.
I contacted customer service and they were able to connect my payment to my order, however, the response was very rude from the customer service team. The email response was very accusatory and stated not only Had I forgotten the order but checked out via Coin payment instead of Zelle. Well I have a confirmation page of the amount and a Zelle address so if I had checked out via coin it would have shown the lower amount and not a Zelle address? Which mind you was a new Zelle address than the order I submitted 2 months prior.
It just didn't sit well being accused of something rather than customer service to just say no problem we will fix the mistake for you.
They still have some of the most competitive rates around so I will probably still use them but customer services tone needs improvement.

My card was empty. The only guarantee them for 24 hours. I found out in 2 minutes that was empty, and notified them. No answer so far. I don't recommend them at all. The payment was via Zelle, so non reversible. Seems a scam

This company is a scam. This is the 2nd time they took my money and failed to provide gift card. It keep saying gift cards are delivered but there is no way to enter password to access gift card. Most companies send e-gift card in email but they don't. Stay away from them. They are scammers.
The value was excellent, but the terms were ambiguous. What does "good for 24 hours" mean? The offer is available for 24 hours? You have 24 hours to use it? Can you use part of the gift card or do you have to use it all - and within 24 hours? Need clarification!
