“Place order for 1500 tc sheets on 12/28/10”

Place order for 1500 tc sheets on 12/28/10. Never recieved product so started tring to phone them on 1/10/11. Nothing but a recording, never returned calls so I went the email route. They claim to have shipped and that package was delivered to town where I live. "I guess I'm suppose to contact every person in town to see if they have my order because it was never delivered to me". So then the say they will file a claim with UPS and when the get an answer, It's been over a month now, they will ship a new product, or refund money. They have done nothing. Last email I got says they have done everything they can do, It's UPS fault for losing the package. I contacted the credit card company any opened a dipute with these liars, and cheats and hopefully I can get my money returned to my account. Don't be suckered in by these people, they'll take your money and give you nothing but HEADACHES, REALLY BAD HEADACHES.

I ordered a down comforter from their website in December and everything looked legit on their website, contact information, etc. They sent me an email confirming they received my order. On their website it says the order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs and will be at your door within 5-7 days. So, a week passes and I don't get an email confirming my shipment. I try to call them, and this is where it starts getting sketchy... an answering machine picks up and you have to leave a message, so I do. I sent them an email as well. They responded to my email around 11:30 at night... WEIRD! They said my comforter should be shipped in a couple days. A couple days go by and still no shipment confirmation. I emailed them again, then they sent me an email confirmation of shipment and I can even track it on the UPS website. All it says is that "payment has been received". I checked it again the next day and it still said the same thing. So, I waited another day. At this point it had been almost 2 weeks and it was still not shipped! So, I write them another email and I get an email back saying "I am not sure what you want us to do" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? So that was when I told them I wanted my order canceled, I was contacting my bank if I don't get a refund within 3 business days. So I get an email saying that my order was canceled and will receive a full refund in 3 days. Then, 2 days later, I get a phone call asking if I want my order canceled... they obviously can't communicate properly. I called my bank the next day and reported them. My bank refunded me and they still haven't. I believe they are a fraudulent company although they look legit. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
