Place order for 1500 tc sheets on 12/28/10. Never recieved product so started tring to phone them on 1/10/11. Nothing but a recording, never returned calls so I went the email route. They claim to have shipped and that package was delivered to town where I live. "I guess I'm suppose to contact every person in town to see if they have my order because it was never delivered to me". So then the say they will file a claim with UPS and when the get an answer, It's been over a month now, they will ship a new product, or refund money. They have done nothing. Last email I got says they have done everything they can do, It's UPS fault for losing the package. I contacted the credit card company any opened a dipute with these liars, and cheats and hopefully I can get my money returned to my account.
Don't be suckered in by these people, they'll take your money and give you nothing but HEADACHES, REALLY BAD HEADACHES.
