Ive shopped here once before and the first time was easy. However the more i shopped here the more i realised something wasnt right. I tried to buy here a while and they said we are out of stock. Each time i ask my friends to shop here, their purchase goes smoothly. Why did it work for them and not for me? I was seriously considering suing these guys but then i decided to try another time. Well i returned two months later and got the same damn result. What the actual hell?

Egpal used to provide great service. They lived up to their 30 min guarantee. In the past when they wouldn't send in time and you signed off, sometimes once they sent it would get returned to them, but they would check and send back. Last night they didn't send for over an hour. Today I signed on and still didn't see my order. I contact them and they said it was sent have a nice day. I said it must have been returned and was then ignored for an hour straight. Finally he answered, it was sent have a nice day. Don't buy from them... Thieves

EgPal is truly a legit company, in terms of gold services. I did not use their powerleveling service so I can't comment on that. Fast, reliable, and truly values security. After an email I received from EgPal, they want to phone my primary number. We had a little conversation to determine whether or not I'm legit. Everything checks out and I login to my game. Viola. My gold is delivered to me. That's pretty much it. They accept all forms of payments and I really appreciate the time they use to verify each purchase. Props for EgPal.

I know some people are afraid of buying currency online. They're afraid it might be a scam, and given that you're doing something against most games' TOS, it's understandable.
However, I've been buying online currency from EGPAL for some 5-6 years now.
Games? Fiesta Online, Guild Wars 2, Neverwinter Online, and others.
EGPAL's customer service puts to shame that of the games you're buying currency for.
Their delivery time is unbelievable fast and they will tell you what you have to do if you're lost.
I remember once I was buying and I was so new at the game that I didn't know how to trade. At the end, it turned out that I didn't meet the in-game level requirements.
Do you know what EGPAL did?
They returned me my money. No problem.
If you're playing a game and you find that your char is too weak and you need some $$ to make your char stronger... GIVE EGPAL A TRY.
You won't regret it.

Tried purchasing some in game currency with EGPAL, used paypal as form of payment. Once they receive my payment I got an email to verify that it was me, they wanted my character name, phone # and what server my toon is located. I provided the info and next thing you know the person I was dealing with wanted a screen shot of my paypal. So I send them the screen shot of the pay pal transaction details, now the person I'm dealing it wants the whole page so he can see my Bank company, account #'s and my home address. Sorry I'm not dumb enough to send you those information. $#*! EGPAL. I would give zero stars but they deserve 1 because they did refund me. Oh wait i have to give 1 star regardless. DOH!

Ok ppl, I read the good reviews which I thought may have been faked and read the negative ones. After the fact I already had bought $54 worth of game cash!
Well I was nervous that I got scammed because 9hrs in nothing. So I contacted them and they said their were behind because the server went down! Ok now I thought ive been played.
But at 12hrs in I seen an in game email with my in game cash. SO I DID RECIEVE MY PURCHASE!
I also went back to the website and it does say that at times it can take up to 10-12hrs to complete.
So will I by from there again? YES!
But maybe $20 per time is what I recommend until your comfortable with the site. As of my second transaction just being completed, I see this site as Legit.
