Ordering and delivery was easy and very timely. I ordered the Prodex 10M product. It has been super easy to work with and because of that very very little waste. The product is heavy duty, able to take some wear and tear during cutting and installation. Overall very pleased with the product. This is no 'bubble wrap insulation'! The only small downside is not related to product but is shipping cost which I don't think much can be done about that.

Chatting online with Lance was easy. He asked the right questions and we got a quote for exactly what we need. Very knowledgeable. The quote came quickly with additional follow up questions. Very engaged.
