AT FIRST, I DON'T KNOW THEY HAVE A WAREHOUSE IN THE USA, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TELL ME I CAN ORDER THEM, BECAUSE THEY ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES. SO I TRIED FOR ONCE TIME. VERY QUICKLY! I've ordered small things from them before with no problems. Recently i had the bright idea of buying some things to make money selling. I spent a total of nearly 400 dollars. Never received my order, they wont answer emails, gosh i feel so stupid. Why are people so terrible?
I ordered a Warwolf e-cig mod back in the first week of October from Efun.top. It took well over a month for me to receive what I paid for! When I inquired as to what the delay was, they told me they were on vacation for a couple of weeks and my order would be placed when they returned - what a pile of crap!
When the order was finally placed, it still took more WEEKS for my product to arrive. When I made further inquiries as to why my product still had not arrived, I was sent a snapshot of where in the shipping process it was; "IN CHINESE!"
When I finally received the e-cig mod, IT COMPLETELY QUIT AFTER ONLY TWO WEEKS of operation!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I should have checked before I ordered: they have no customer service phone number, or address on their website. So, what are they trying to hide. Rip-off artists I would imagine; and I just got screwed out of 40 dollars!
That is the status of my order whenever I look. Never again. These are knockoff items, not even genuine. So how can they be awaiting shipment?

Ordered dec 6th shipped to another spot in china on dec 15th and then no activity. Usps can't track it. Efun can't track it. All they say is wait 60 days. This company is using my money with no proof it shipped. Scam. Run away. Don't let them advertise their scam.
I did not order from the pre-order but stuff in stock and they havnt made it to the post office now in 8 days.

I bought a 160w kanger dripboax and it does not work on the electronic circuit. I have reported to efun.top the malfunction and its replacement without having a concrete response and I had to start a dispute through paypal
The price was good, it was an eVic VTC Mini, $43.98, it took over 8 days for the tracking info to even show that the package existed, and it was stuck in china for days, their support ticket system is garbage, 99% of the time it shows the support is offline even though it's in their online/working hours. I opened 5 tickets and only 1 of them was responded to and it didn't answer my question, and you could tell it was some Chinese guy that didn't speak any English and used Google translate. Finally it shows that it was in New York City, 3 days later it was here (14 days later), and it's a fake (clone) VTC MINI! $#*! THIS WEBSITE! THEY'RE FRAUDS.

Don't waste your time or be enticed by "cheap prices"... These guys are a pathetic joke.
First off, half the products they do not actually have in inventory whatsoever. There "pre release" is a scam. They take your money for products they don't actually have. Once the product is "released" they then email you explaining the "manufacture discontinued product", they then will tell you to buy something else and a refund will take 3-4 months. (They know anything after 30 days is non returnable and you are screwed, so they buy time) They essentially get hundreds of "pre release" customers taking their money and then find ways not to return the money or have you use it as a "credit". (basically doing anything to keep your money). Secondly, I have ordered from them (vaping mod) and they send me some defective clone that obviously is not original. I wanted a return (less than 7 days after I received product) they then asked me to send a 10 minute video of the problem. (which I laughed at). I did send them pictures of the problems and the only reply I got was "Thats not good, use another battery" THEY WILL FIND ANYWAY NOT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY! I had to open a pay pal dispute in which pay pal stopped their funds and they lost the case. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT use these guys. I also want to mention that manufactures will NOT warranty products purchased from Efun.top (obvious reasons)
Efun.top is a garbage place to do business with. They will take your money, not ship your items, constantly change their story, stall, lie, and when all else fails offer you $1.98 worth of cotton bacon lol. Here's my story:
On the 25th of February I placed a pre sale order for a Themis RTA and a Blade Mod. The pre sale ended on the 28th of February, the same day the Chinese holiday ended. I got an email confirmation letting me know the items would be shipped after the holiday ended. After the 28th rolled around and my items didn't get shipped, I tried contacting them. They are almost never available on their Zendesk web chat during the hours they say they are working, so I emailed them. Never got a response back.
A couple days later (March 1st) I was able to reach a rep on their Zendesk chat. I was told the items should be shipped out next week, because they were very busy coming back from the holiday. Okay, fair enough. At the end of the next week, my items still hadn't been shipped. So, once again I contacted them through email and left messages with Zendesk since they once again were not available during their working hours. I once again get no response.
I went on their website and emailed every address they had on there, and finally got a response on March 9th. Their response was this: "Hi GeekVape Blade TC Box MOD 235W this item only black in stock now other colors all presale please wait kindly". Which is a lie. I went on their website and took screenshots showing that no where does it say the items are on pre sale. I sent over those screenshots, as well as screenshots from when I placed the order showing the pre sale date ending the 28th, as well as their invoice stating the items would be shipped after the holiday was over.
I told them at that point their behavior was unacceptable, I wanted my items shipped asap. If they couldn't ship my items within a timely manner, that I would be willing to give them more time in exchange for a partial refund or store credit. First, they told me they would ship my items in a week, but offer no credit. Then they backpedaled, changed it to "sometime around March 23rd", and offered two packages of cotton bacon (which they sell for $. 98 a piece) to compensate me. At this point, that feels like a slap in the face.
Just to give you guys some perspective, directvapor.com was two days late shipping an order out. They immediately apologized when I called to find out what was happening and gave me a $20 credit for their error. The whole order was like $22 and some change. My order with efun.top was $65 and some change, shipping out almost a month late, and they offered $1.98 worth of cotton. So yeah, I'm in the middle of a claim with PayPal now. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiancé. Thanks efun.top for being scumbags, I will make sure everyone knows how you treat your customers.

If there is any change from factory we will inform our customers at the first time. According our pre sale policy, if you don't want the pre sale item, then you can ask refund or change to other items. NO ONE refund has been over 48hours, this is the rule of our refund policy, and we didn't ask any ship back if your item is recived as a defective in 7 days. What's more, we sale most authentic items, but also some other clone items which are ALL CLAIMED in website it is Authentic OR ClONE. Plesae check infomation carefully before you order that.
Second, Every merchant has his own replacement or refund policy. What we need is a video to show that problem to us, this is a very normal require and once we checked, we will refund or send replacement immediately. I don't know why you are so angry with that if your video cannot show the problem clearly.
Thirdly I want to say why factory don't offer warranty policy for efun, but EFUN has offer warranty to your guys:
As you know, efun top has the supper bottom price for you guys which is against factory sale rule, however, we are always doing our best to get the premium goods at high price, sale it with low profit, to offer good service, warranty. We do all these for customers, but it harm factories benifits. They are angry with us, but they have no idea about us. This is why we stay here, always, best price, best service, honnest itmes. We are so disappointed that we do that as the normal process but maybe our customers didn't use fitable words that made you so angry with us.
