It did not happen.
What happened was:_ I receive an E-MAIL on the day of delivery "how do I like the bouquet"
but the flowers arrive 24 hours too late
I ordered 2 bouquets for 2 different addresses. Both were delivered with care & were both gorgeous flowers! Thank you! Will be ordering in future.

Flowers received were awful and customer service is awful, emailed pics twice and no reply, avoid, not worth the money
The selection of flowers was great and being able to get them delivered so close to Christmas was a bonus.

The only down side is delivery flowers were delivered at 10.40 at night 5 hours outside the latest time slot and not appropriate
