My sister was over the moon to receive the bouquet and chocolates; she couldn't believe that it was for her. She has taken a number of photo's of them and is so delighted with them.
These are the worse florist on the web. Their initial ad says SAME DAY DELIVERY if order is placed before 11am. I placed my order at 7am they took my money then I get a message your order will be deliver in 2 days. The old "bait and switch". NO customer service at all, only automated replies... It was my daughters birthday on the 17th of November, I recived a automated email today November 18th your flowers are on there way and will be delivered in two days. DO NOT USE THEM

Bought flowers and chocolates and the chocolates were never deliverd nor did eflorist ever reply anything about the missing chocolates. Total rip-off, local flower shop will be better

Ordered birthday flowers on 7th February to be delivered 13th February, giving plenty of notice. Kept getting updates changing delivery time from 5.25 pm to 9.50pm. Still no confirmation of delivery.

Ordered the flowers from the website and they were promptly delivered. The flowers cpuld only be described as past their best when opened, a kittle disappointing.
Delivery was on point. 50 roses came in bud so we have to wait for them to bloom but overall im happy with the service. Thanks.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
