I received flowers & chocolates as a surprise. So I sent some as a surprise. Beautiful flowers & lovely chocolates. Then sent email with discount to my friends. Result all around.

Flowers were delivered on the day requested, the flowers were lovely (she told me) thank you for the ability to take an order and deliver the next day

I found the product very overpriced for the flowers received. The vase I ordered with the flowers was completely the wrong shape and not suitable for the bouquet. Would not use again.

They were for a gift and I was told they were beautiful. They were really a full bunch and smelled amazing. Plus a free box of chocolates and a gift note too.

Always found eFlorist to be brilliant at their supply of flowers, great quality and also very good value on price. Recommended over some "top range" brands out there.

My daughter has just had a baby girl so purchased large size Blessings flowers for £27. 99. 8 pink roses, 7 carnations and minimal dressings as seen. Very disappointed, wouldn't use again.

Email from Yodel saying they had left a card to say the flowers were left in the Porch at 10-30 as no one was in,
My partner was in the property all day and Yodel did not ring the doorbell or leave a card or leave the flowers in the porch as she does not have a porch,
The flowers were found on the front steps at 7pm after I phoned to ask if they were ok,
Luckily nobody passing by was looking for flowers for free.

I cannot believe there are any good reviews on here for this company. I have looked on other ratings sites and they generally get bad reviews - I only wish I'd looked at them before ordering from them.

We decided to go to MyEFlorist for flowers to be sent to my mother for her birthday. When my mother received them she put a photo on social media thanking me, but to my surprise, having spent £ 37.50 I was shocked at the tiny bunch (I cannot call it a bouquet) she was sent, but I just put it down to the face this company must just charge a fortune.

Two days later, my mother sent me another photo, of the flowers pretty much dead. They were daisies as well, so two days is far too short a time frame for them to last.

I was mortified so I emailed EFlorist get a reply asking if they were put in water. I was then offered £15.00 refund... £15?! So offered me less that half the cost back, for flowers which didn't even last half the time. I emailed back on the 27th January, but no response at all, so I have since emailed twice, and I am still being ignored.

If you like being embarrassed by a quality gift for someone, then go ahead and use this company, but if you want decent customer service and a decent product, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

I ordered the flowers at 11 am and by 3pm they had been delivered. The flowers were beautiful and I was kept up to date via text about the delivery status, I would definitely use again.
