Was hoping for early afternoon delivery. Grandson wanted to take them to his puppas grave. Arriving between 6 and 8 is far too late. Can't say what they are like as haven't received them.

Third time I have used eflorist to deliver hamper of wine but this time they were a day late for a 65th birthday. Major disappointment all round unfortunately. Gift well received otherwise.

Received lots of marketing emails but NO FLOWERS - no communication as to delay of delivery.
The order was placed 6 days prior to nominated delivery date - acknowledgement of order with correct delivery details and date of delivery received. Follow up email "what happens next" advising courier would send tracking details. No tracking details received, NO FLOWERS delivered. Response from customer services chasing order was automatic email received receipt. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I've ordered before and been very happy with my experience but the flowers I ordered for delivery today were not delivered.
I haven't heard from Yodal about my delivery... they are not the best delivery company in my experience.

NOBODY will pick up the phone and talk to me.

It's easy to do a good job when nothing goes wrong but the true test of customer service is when you need help... in my case that was completely missing..

I am humiliated that these were sent to my mother for her 76th birthday.
I ordered a LARGE bouquet - they are tiny and poor quality. I also spent 4.99 on a tacky plastic vase - disgusting. The card id asked for a message arrived ripped, crumbled and thrown in stuck to the flowers that were shoved in the top of the damn flowers. I am so upset and so angry.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY OF ANYTHING.

I was very happy with the black friday discount. When i was pursuying the order i clicked to quicky to continue and i couldnt go back for writing a card for my friend. Please put a button saying, that a card hasnt been filled out or do you really want to continue. Like this i wouldnt have done the mistake. Also i was sad that it couldnt been done later by the staff either. I was happy that they wrote back so soon. In my opinion the flowers amount didnt look like in the picture - less in reality.
Was not happy with delivery or bouquet so small to say I ordered large not worth money for delivery or flowers and given I ordered 4 days prior to delivery would expect them to have been delivered earlier I know you can pay extra for morn delivery but I paid to much for what my receipient received
