No stars for this buffoon company. Keep telling me items in stock, and shipping, never shipped. After EIGHT weeks of each week promising they will ship I threatened them with BBB if they did not give me a tracking no. For my $600 plus items. Gave me a tracking no, but the items didn't arrive but another toilet they had already replaced that arrived broken did! Now they have to get the darn thing picked up. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing in this company. Ha, now I am waiting for return of money after cancelling. They are relying on a third party to supply them, and the third party is lame. Do not, buy from this company. Customer service take 30mins plus to answer the darn phone and will not be truthful in regards to what the problem is. Michael Fox COO... take note with all these complaints and the masses already with the BBB, you need to shake yourself up and into the modern day or your company will be down the toilet soon.

I ordered an expensive plumbing part from Efaucets.com and quickly realized I made a mistake. I sent an email literally five minutes later asking them to cancel. They sent the item anyway claiming that I can only cancel an item by phone! Now they want to charge me a 15% "restocking fee" PLUS shipping to return an item that is still in the box. I will never buy anything from them again. Clearly their policies are designed to scam people. They make money by charging people 15% to return items that were immediately canceled. Once you push the button you own the item. What a joke!

Ordering online from a store I'm not at all familiar with made this ecommerce guro more than hesitant. However, after taking the plunge, I can say it was one of the most seamless purchases I've ever made. A price that no one could match, delivery that was speedy and the sink that was ordered looks better in person than the pictures Swanstone listed. Thanks Melecio, you da man!

I ordered some Kohler parts because my contractor needed them right away. I even paid for overnight shipping. Well, the product didn't ship overnight, or even in the same week. I was given the excuse that they had a glitch in their warehouse in Colorado. I was able to find it locally and called to cancel the order. Having waited on the phone each time I've tried to talk to them over 20 minutes, I emailed them instead. I received an email response that I'd have my refund in 3-7 days. I checked PalPay daily within that timeframe, and nothing. Then, low and behold, 2 weeks after I placed the order for the product to be overnighted, it came via UPS. I'm now trying to have them take it back and refund me. Once again, on the phone over 20 minutes already. Stay clear, way, way clear of this company.

We have a Prairie Architectural style home that we are remodeling. We loved the look of KOHLER and eFaucets had the best deals and reviews on the stylish products we needed for our project. They seemed to be the only website that had complete free shipping which saved us a few bucks. Christy in sales helped us with our sizeable order and selections. We ordered a Sensate touchless faucet with a stainless steel sink for the kitchen. We then decked out the master bath with the stylish Escale collection which is going to really make a statement. This massive order arrived in 4 days. The heavy bathtub arrived in 9 days as it had come come via Freight delivery. I am very satisfied as there are only a few online Kohler dealers to choose from.

"eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com is one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with. I am building a new home. I ordered two vessel sinks from them. Their website said the sinks were "IN STOCK" in bold letters. After I placed the order they immediately processed my credit card and didn't ship the product. After 5 weeks of waiting, communicating with them by phone, by their online messaging system and by email they told me it would be another 5 weeks before delivery. When I canceled the order they wouldn't send me a confirmation of cancellation NOR did they credit my credit card. I had to call MasterCard and dispute the charges. It should be illegal for any company to charge your credit card BEFORE delivering your product. NEVER buy from eFaucets.com / eImprovement.com or any of their companies."

I ordered a Kohler sink strainer and received it in 2 days. However, I could not use it with my disposer so I had to return the strainer. It took a full month to receive the RMA for the return. I had to email and call multiple times. After finally receiving the RMA I immediately shipped the strainer via UPS with a tracking number to their Hagerstown, MD warehouse, signed by KINNEY.
It has been 2.5 months and I have yet to receive a cent for the refund! If this company doesn't do refunds then they should state a no returns policy!
Buyer beware.

Wow!
July 30, 2013

Wow! I wish I would have did my homework before ordering from these crooks! Everything you guys are saying here happened to me! I ordered a kitchen sink and it said 5-7 days for delivery. 3 weeks later nothing! I do a lot of online shopping and companies let you know when something is back ordered. When I finally call their HORRID AND RUDE customer service they try to blame me for not paying attention or for checking. They said on Monday it would be shipped on Wednesday? I call Tuesday to cancel the order but they won't let me because its too late?!
Then they have the audacity to nail me for a restocking fee if I return it? It hasn't been flicking shipped yet?!
CROOKS! How can they stay in business kind of service?!

I tried to purchase a sink through them. I needed it ASAP so my granite fabricators could finish the job for my counter top so I paid an extra $120 to have it over-nighted. I did not hear anything from them after 2 days so I gave them a call to see when I could expect my new sink. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told my order was cancelled. I was angry they never informed me so I could purchase elsewhere. I asked when I could expect a refund and was told it would take 5 - 10 days. Fast forward a month, I get my CC bill and see a $527 charge from EFaucets but no refund. I call and after another 15 minute wait a somewhat apologetic rep, named Jennifer, says she is sorry about the "oversight" and they will process that refund in 3 to 5 days. Really! They have the ability to process you charge in minutes but it takes days for a refund. My advice to you is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

efaucets.com and elighting.com are not legitimate business people - Frown I ordered lights from this company over nine months ago and they sent me defective products - 3 out of 16. The have kept stringing me along and still owe me over $600. They claim no responsibility for the products they are only a middle man distributer and are not willing to pay me the money. They have not closed the issue with Quizel lighting products which I believe is a reputable company. I don't think Quizel has authorized them as a distributer based on the lack of support. At any rate try another company because I never believed I could have money stolen from me as I did with these guys.

My experience seems par for the course it seems.

Ordered bathtub on 12/23/2013. Page said "ships in 3-10 days".
They charged my card right away ($1000 tub.)
After 1 month they have still not shipped. I emailed 2 days ago to cancel order but they told me they are unable to cancel "special order items." (nowhere was I told this was a special order item.) and that it's "probably already on the truck".
They also tell me it was my fault for not clicking the "check availability" link on the product page, and if I did cancel, they were still going to charge me a hefty restocking fee.

Unacceptable, and It's sad that merchants like this still exist. It seems their business model is centered around providing poor service, not delivering what is promised, and charging "restocking fees".

Tips for folks that run into similar situation:
1. Know your rights as a consumer: http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0219-disputing-credit-card-charges
2. Let your credit card company do the dirty work for you. Call them up and file a dispute if you've been charged and no goods received after promised delivery date. Also a good idea to request a block on future charges from eimprovements.com and/or efaucets.com

One of the worst online retailers I've ever dealt with. I ordered a sink on July 1st, and I needed it relatively quickly so I paid about $40 for 2-day shipping. Their website said, "Usually Ships Within 3-7 Business Days," so after about 5 or 6 days I made a call to check on the status of the sink. They said it was out of stock and would take 1-2 additional weeks to ship. I asked them about the 3-7 business day promise, and they said that was just a guess; I should have sent them an e-mail and asked for an exact shipping date.

The story gets even better. The next day I called to cancel the order, and they said they would submit the cancellation request. 10 days later they send me another e-mail letting me know they couldn't cancel and the sink would be on its way to my house.

The wonderful thing about their company is that no matter what you say to the customer service rep, they respond by telling you what you did wrong and why it is your fault instead of their fault. Their motto seems to be, "the customer is always wrong."

Luckily I disputed the transaction through my credit card company, so I hopefully won't get stuck with a piece of scrap metal.

EFaucets is the most fraudulent, exploitive vendor of any kind that we have ever dealt with. We ordered from eFaucets because they were offering for sale a particular Grohe valve trim that was out of stock at other merchants. We also ordered the valve. When the parcel arrived, the valve was in it but the trim wasn't. Of course they charged to our credit card the price of both what they could provide and what they could not. The valve is useless without the trim piece, but now they insist on nicking us a 20% "restocking fee" upon its return. They claim further that the relevant web page for the trim piece stated "Check Availability," and that it's our fault we did not. However, there was no such advice, nor is there now, three weeks later.

What we have here is a variant of the Brooklyn Bridge scam. They sold us the bridge that was not theirs to sell, supplied one part that they could access but none of the rest, and now they want a "restocking fee" for the return of the one part that's useless without the other. Nice work, if you can get it, like naked shorting on Wall Street. What can we do to stop such leeches? There are at least 500 eFaucets victims protesting on the Web right now -- enough to form a club.

The eFaucet web site advertises Satisfaction Guaranteed, 30 Return Policy. This is the picture you see just below the item you wish to order. I placed an order for two bathroom fans. Unfortunately, I missed a trailing letter on the model number and did not receive the humidity sensing fans I wanted. I contacted Customer Service to request an exchange (which the new fans would actually cost me more money) and they told me that those items were not returnable. I told them the site advertises 30 return policy, but the representative told me to scroll to the bottom of the page where it indicates no Parts or replacement parts are returnable. These were parts, they were whole appliances! If they considered an entire fan unit a part, than nothing is really returnable. I asked to speak to their manager, and they told me there was no one else I could speak to. I can; t believe they would not even consider a return for a new order which they would receive more money! Now I have two fans which I really did not want and no way to change them!

I ordered $4000 of bathroom fixtures from eFaucets.com for several bathrooms. I ordered, they shipped, everything seemed ok. So I kept giving them business. And then this happened.
Their website had a listing for a $700 shower door, the picture was of the door I wanted but the item # was for a different door. How am I supposed to know the model #? When I received the door, I complained about the website and delivered door not being what was pictured and ordered the correct door while I waited for them to give me return info which took them a full week. I received the new door and installed it and still didn't have return information.
When I finally got return information they wanted me to pay $450 to return ship the door (which I paid $50 to ship to me) plus a 15% restocking fee (another $105). Of course the door originally came from a city near me but they wanted it "returned" to the other side of the country.
I again complained to efaucets.com that this was because the website was incorrect and that now it had been fixed demonstrating that was wrong. After waiting another 2 weeks for a decision, they informed me the website was correct and they would offer me no relief. Effectively I could get back $145 of the $750 I had spent.
