The connection with the tutors was horrible. After and hour and 4 attempts to connect I gave up. None of the tutors spoke well english (most of them from India) only one person available and took forever to answer. The one person available didn't know the subject that I was asking. They didn't do video tutoring as it said in the monthly plan. Terrible experience, I do not recommend it.
I submitted a problem on Accounting and was glad to see a response from a tutor in 5 minutes. The turnaround time did take few hours more than prmoised but I was communicated throughout the assignment period. Thanks Eduniche.
