Do not buy tickets from them. Even with a some support request, they are trying to fool you and charge you extra. Also, when you ask for help; "Our systems are not working right now, call me tomorrow." they are deceiving you by saying.
I had to talk to them for hours and hours, but they did not solve the problem.
Although there is a different kind of information on your web sites and they write on their web pages that the little changes they make are free of charge, they would have to pay extra money to fix their information.
In particular, do not take out insurance, a return guarantee or anything. I paid £ 327 for a flexible ticket, they said they would pay £ 86 when I wanted to cancel the ticket.
Couple hours ago I bought a flight from edreams, and when I check my mails the amount of money they charged was 21 euros more. And in the payment section of the mail there is:

The customer service really sucks and have a bunch of liers over phone lines, I made a reservation through this site no. *******703; and my planes changed and I started cancelling this flights from 3/ april/ 2018 and they keep replying me to call them; and I made calls coasting more than 100 $ since holding time minimum is half an hour. Finally at April/12 I received an email that the tickets are cancelled and refund will be within 2 weeks. On may 15 they said that flynas will send me a voucher; and they are still contacting Jazeera airlines; I called again customer service( csc) saying that no voucher is received till 07/ june; and MR. Medardo who answered me ask me to call csc again during working hrs. Of flynas to see why they didn't send me the voucher. Later I contacted flynas twice and they insist that the flight wasn't cancelled at all and I lost my money? Can you please describe what kind of csc is running on that site; really I am disappointed and I'll not recommend your site to any of my friends.

Put me on hold for twenty minutes, didn't even try to help me. Told me they could not confirm my booking and never contacted me for more information. I even checked my spam folder like they tell you to and I only had TWO PROMOTIONAL emails there, nothing of value! Interrupted me on the phone, cut me off, told me there was nothing they could do. NO guest resolution, nothing. I am not typically this person, I've worked in hospitality for five years and understand that things happen, but this company is way out of hand. I will never, never book from here if they're even around long enough.
Absolute scumbags! Purchased flights to Barcelona. The next day they said there had been a change to the itinerary to our return flight and that we should call them within 48 hours. When we finally get through to them they said we would have to pay an extra £500 for the return flight - so no change to the itinerary then. When we said we could not afford that and were passed to a manager the guy hung up. Now everytime we call we are kept on hold for 10 minutes and then the call goes dead wasting two days of our lives - NEVER AGAIN. Complete scam artists.
Absolutely do not use this company! They are thieves and you have to read every little dot in their contract. I bought tickets from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Bangkok. When I arrived at the counter I was charged $100 above the price they quoted. Calling their customer service is an impossible task. No one answers and no one wants to help. They are the biggest thieves out there. You are forewarned: Do not buy tickets from them! In the way they are operating sooner or later they will get caught...
Don't waste your money, don't book or reserve anything through website. World's most worse customer services they have. I booked a hotel, the hotel charged me USD 875 additional money after my arrival home, I asked eDreams to deal with the hotel, they told me it's something the customers should sort out!
Actually one of your customer service representatives has contacted me and kindly solved the issue. As I mentioned to him, although the process to get that positive feedback was quite tedious, but I am grateful that eDreams is actually concerned about their customer service even though this appeared to me only at its top admin level. This attitude is very obvious at that top level of eDreams administration, but still lacks when it comes to the level of everyday customer representatives. However, I now believe that it will be soon transferred to all its admin levels given the overall consumer-centered policy that I sensed from its headquarter customer service. As you can expect from all the stories here,,,, it is to worst experience ever that one can have when booking online... Manipulating everything to charge you extra. Here is my story "I booked a flight online, provided my bank details and paid straightaway. The charge was pending on my account as it usually does, I received the flight itinerary and was expecting that the pending is a matter of days to be officially confirmed, just as it usually happens when you book online... I requested a wheelchair assistance as well during the booking... They sent me an email indicating that the booking was not complete and provided a link which did not take me to any appropriate webpage to understand what was not complete... I even called them and after waiting 10/15 min the guy hanged up after I explained my issue... For me everything looked ok as I received the itinerary and the fees where pending on my account, however after couple of days the payment was back and the flight was cancelled. I called them again and this time they answered and asked me to pay more for the same booking. Indeed I told them it was not my fault, I paid and received the confirmation and all the other incomplete emails were misleading and even your customer service did not handle my call appropriately. They raised a hearing issues to my first call and promised to come back in 24/48 hours but I kept calling for more than a week with no solution. At the end received an email that my request for the extra charge refund was rejected without any explanation of the case and the outcome if the investigation. By the way, after I was forced to re-book the cancelled flight with extra money, I checked their online website and found the same flight still available with the same low price that I saw earlier. I was afraid to risk missing the date that is why I booked it on phone, but all in all VERY BAD experience and will never ever book through them again"
This company ignore 5 emails to customer services and I called them over 6 times every time waiting between half an hour and more than one hour to be answered in India with the same reply, they promised to deal with my issue and never heard back on each occasion. I will never use this company again.

Worst Company Ever, Customer service is so bad, for last 4 months I am trying to get a detailed invoice and still nothing, they are happy to take your money but can't help if you need information after you have completed your trip, never again will use them
I booked a flight from Dublin to Ho Chi Minh with edreams which was cancelled due to snow. The airlines were unable to rebook the flights for me as I booked through edreams so I was advised to contact Edreams so that they could reschedule. So far I have made 43 phone calls (to their international phone number in india) and have been left on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes for one call 57 minutes for another call never mind the rest! I was supposed to fly 4 days ago and Edreams are refusing to reschedule my flight. They are lying saying that British airways are refusing to reschedule it when in fact I have phoned british airways directly myself who have told me there is absolutely no problem rebooking once edreams contact them! Absolute joke of a company, time wasting, money grabbing scammers with the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with I will NEVER attempt to use them again and would advise everyone else to AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
This company is nothing less than a scam for anyone who needs any service from them other than getting money from them. They lie that the systems are down, I asked for an email confirming that but they don't do that because it was never down! If you ask to talk to a manager they tell you a manager is not in, this happened to me twice. The second time they told me a manager would call me back in 2 hours but 5 hours later I did not receive a call. I had to call them!
We booked a flight via eDreams/Opodo for a round-trip flight from Athens to Heraklion, Greece over the holidays -- after we had been assured by them that the price they quoted included all fees of all kind for anything. They then sent a flurry of various charges that had never been mentioned before, including duplications for the same services. We spent a lot of time and worry trying to point this out to eDreams directly, but we got only replies that were as unclear, non-responsive and apparently fraudulent as the superfluous bills themselves. Then we disputed the charge with the credit card company, and eDreams, now responsive for once, is fighting our dispute, but using the same old obfuscation tactics. So our struggle with them goes on. This company is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs. Look at all the people here who have had similar experiences with them.
Never ever use this company to book your flight. They have horrible customer service. I booked a flight and they charged me $20 for service fee which was never mentioned during the whole transaction, until i saw my credit card statement.
And if you cancel the flight withing 24 hours you should get full refund according to US Law, they will still charge you a service fee.

You get what you pay for
Unreliable and poor customer service, spoke to three of their customer services representatives spending 55 minutes on the phone asking them to amend/cancel my ticket due to no show. In the end they just hung up on me, which demonstrates what sort of customer service you guys might expect from them.
Not only they were unable to help, but each one of their representatives has provided me with different details - some of them indicated I can get a small proportion of the ticket price back (tax refund), while others have indicated I would have to pay a cancellation fee and a service charge fee.
While their plane tickets might seem cheap, please keep in mind if you wish to change anything it will come at a cost (service charge fee, cancellation fee etc). Additionally, airlines you are flying with will not be able to amend/refund your tickets if you buy with Edreams as they are a third-party provider.
It's just not worth it!
I was in a hurry and I booked my ticket last minute. I didn't get the ticket on time and I had to book another flight. If you use their platform, don't expect any assistance whatsoever.
I booked 4 tickets directly through Ryanair for a flight from Dublin Ireland to Edinburgh Scotland. Paid for the tickets on Ryanair.com. All of a sudden I get charged by eDreams for another $144.00 US to "handle" my reservations with Ryanair Air. I NEVER WENT TO eDREAMS DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY EXISTED. Called eDreams and they said that if I cancel with them I will lose my money with Ryanair because they do not refund.
So now I am stuck I contacted Ryanair and they said they could not do anything about eDreams. So eDreams is scamming me out of $144.00. Thank goodness I know Social media and will be trashing eDreams everywhere I can.
DO NOT BOOK through eDreams. They should rename the company eNightmares! I book round trip ticket from Denver, CO to Peru. The airlines cancelled the flight from Denver to Mexico City. I have called eDreams several times and they keep putting me off saying they will call me back the next day. I called the airlines and they said the flights have to be rebooked through eDreams. But like I said, I can not get them to rebook the flight for me or give me a refund.
If you want cheap tickets d'nt book at Edreams. After booking everything is wrong and when you will correct it, you have to pay it by yourself.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
