One star because there is no zero star option.
Completely incompetent service.
Airline canceled one segment of our returned flight.
Except stating the fact there is no communication from the edream service. No means of emailing requests. The 27 minutes estimated chat waiting time stretches to 2 hr+ with no conclusion.
One month later the edream reservation shows still canceled flight.
Unable to get any written confirmation of the adjusted schedule (if any)
Bought tickets from e-dreams and all I got was an inbox full of spam. They couldn't even do the check ins for flights, had to do it myself... But e-dreams didn't provide the reference number that the airline used... So I had to contact support... But support is just a dumb chatbot and I had to fight through the bot to get to an actual human chatting with me... That human first gave me 3 wrong reference numbers... Finally I managed to check in, only took several hours. One of my flights also got cancelled, but I couldn't get in touch with e-dreams, so I just had to buy new tickets myself. When I reached e-dreams through their support they wouldn't reply for extended periods and then would drop me when I didn't reply to their chat in less than a minute. Finally managed to make an insurance claim and then was declined because somehow it was my fault that I didn't use a flight that was cancelled. Told them to go to dark places, after which they reconcidered and partially granted my claim, but not my proportional costs that were covered by my travel companions. Worst service experience, in fact the entire thing felt like a scam trying to penertate me at every opportunity.
SCAMMERS! WONT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE SEAT AND BAGGAGE CONTRARY TO WHAT THE FEDERAL LAW STATES! I WILL EXPOSE ALL YOUR ATROCITIES ON SOCIAL MEDIA IF YOU WILL STILL CHOOSE TO PLAY THIS GAME
Scam site! I paid extra for the "flexible and easy change of flight" option, just to find out 8 days before my return flight that it is only changeable 24 hrs before the FIRST flight. There is NO mention of this anywhere on the website. The alternative flight option edreams offered me was 3000Euro (as opposed to the 800Euro i paid for the original flight!). When I myself searched for alternative flights online i easily found similar flights for only 1200Euro. Edreams is a total rip off!

My experience in the booking process was satisfactory
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
