It was impossible to contact edreams by phone. It was almost impossible to contact edreams by email and communicate with a real person. Most communication is by robot and no reply email. Had to use BBB to help resolve our problem. I don't recommend this company.
I booked my flight and when I got the confirmation email the dates were wrong. When I contacted them they said that the flight was already confirmed so I'd have to pay to have them changed. Glad I caught it when I did because the dates that I wanted showed only 1 seat left! I had today for the upgraded seat.
I had a good experience. When i wanted to book the flight ticket with original price it took my about 10 minutes to fill all the data required for 4 passengers and at the end of the process the system said the original price expired and if I wanted to proceed i should pay $400 more to buy the ticket. In 10 minutes the price increased so much. Anyway i proceeded and also payed for my seat selection but at the end the system said the seat selection is not available online and only in check in. So they will refund me the money back only for seat selection charge. It could have been better expetience
This is the worst company to deal with. I'm still waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight since December.
They kept telling me that they were waiting on the airlines, but the airlines said they were waiting on them to make the request. I was on the phone the entire morning trying to solve it. It is still not solved.
Just dont log into this website... close the browser if this come up as a suggestion... the website shows a price, at checkout page it shows another price, call centre quotes another price... they dont have a clue...

In general, it was easy booking using application eDreams. Updated me about the gate.
The only thing was that the boarding machine did not accept my booking information, and I was told to go to the boarding deck to complete the boarding.
The boarding staff was friendly and smiling.
This agency is unreliable, they sold me a ticket which was not valid. At the airport, with this ticket, I did not board the plane because while I had a paid ticket, this was not valid. Now they do not change it, nor do they return my money.
My experience with edreams has been interesting. I've been updated every step of the way with the booking process. I still need to see how the airport process goes to determine how well my experience was with edreams bookings.

It is not understandable that the reservation is not eligible for cancellation under the insurance "Cancel for Any Reason" that I paid 48 euro to guarantee an eventual cancellation.
The "Cancel for Any Reason" suggested by eDreams should be applied in any case by its definition.

Because of a train accident it was not possible to catch the return flight. Then it was very difficult to contact customer's support. As a result it was refused to transfer the ticket or return part of the money
I bought the flexible dates insurance when I booked my tickets. I had to change the dates, and try to get a hold of someone. First I went through a life chat where I had to wait for over an hour to get to someone. Then I I was told I will get a call from someone within 3 days. I explained that I do not have three days that I just want to change the dates. Again I was told that I'm out of luck and just have to wait. I tried to call the service number which to my surprise was the exact same person that I had in the live chat again I was told I have to wait for a phone call. The next day I received a phone call back they tried to change the booking for me and said there was an issue with affairs that they will have to give me a call back. Again surprise surprise nobody called me back. Do yourself a favor and do not book anything with this company.
Worst customer service imaginable. Waiting over a month for a name change from maiden name to married name.
They don't care and immon the phone to them daily and nobody does anything to progress or action the request.
Ruining my holiday before it's even begun.

I booked a round trip. The second trip failed. I didn't not receive the email that told me this. I found this out by going online to check the last name on file. The flight failed being booked on the 28th and it's now a week later and no refund was issued. ONLY reason a refund was requested is because I called in. So the flight failed and the money cannot be applied to another flight so WHY was my money held for a week and not refunded back to me right away? Or at all! I had to call in to even get this started. There is ONE flight left to get my son back home for school and I risk now missing that booking because I do not have my funds back yet! And I was told I have to wait 72 BUSINESS DAY hours to have a supervisor call me. That means it's Friday now and I won't get a call from someone until Wednesday?! This is HORRIBLE! Horrible experience! And I need my funds back asap to book the next flight immediately!
Edreams prime membership is a scam. Upon browsing, the membership approval is checked. You must uncheck before you buy any ticket. Once buy a ticket, your prime member fee is signed up for 30 days. You only notice withdrawal on your bank account 30 days later. Too late to cancel the payment. You automatically becomes a member of the edreams prime. NO REFUND. A real scam

I bought Ryanair air tickets from the agency, now I found the agency charged me USD70 for prime
Membership. I urge any of you don't do business with the agency, and discard the credit card used
To prevent any further payments. Their service are useless, for flight booking, we have to check with the airline, baggage and hand bag charges, for hotel booking, we have to confirm if booked or not. The edreams
Should refund me the USD 70 membership fee, because I have never used your service.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
