Recently bought my second Eden Pure Infrared heater. A big disappointment! Unit does not shut off when approximate temperature is reached! My original unit is now 3 years in use and never a problem! The 30 day return for a refund might not be accepted as they start the 30 day warranty / return policy the day you order, not the day you receive it! I was told to return the unit at my expense, they would check it out, then return the same unit! All units now follow the highest manufacturing practices and are still made in China. Buyer beware!
My water heater was leaking and a tech came out first thing in the morning to check it out, a replacement was ordered and install was done to next day. Techs were great, went the extra mile, cleaned up well and were very courteous. I always use Air Track Inc for my schulded maintenance and I'm very happy with their service.
I purchased a Edenpure heater last winter season. Thought it was a great deal due to the advertising made. I have a granddaughter and was afraid to get a heater that would be hot and hurt her-the Edenpure is cool to the touch and no heat spaces. It was advertised how little electricity it took. Well we used it and our electric bill was over 100.00 more then normal. I thought it was due to the cold days and used both heater in home and the edenpure. Well we got tired of the high bill and decided not to use the Edenpure for 2 months--we only used our central heater to heat the entire house. Well our bill was much lower and we now have a boxed heater that we will not be using again. Wasted a lot of money due to being over 300.00 for our heater. Stay clear from this company. Also they still are sending me mail to buy more heaters. I just tear them up.
Its the worst inferred heater ever. I changed the bulds 3 times in two years. They claimed 5 years on the bulbs. And then to get the warranty to back them was a nightmare. My friends had the same one and it started a fire. I threw it in the trash and got a 100 dollar life lux one from menards. It actually heats the house up and It kicks the edenpure butt in every way possible
