This was my first time ordering from Everyday Elegance. I was happy with the shipping time and the customer service.

This ring is so beautiful and it arrived so secure in a box, within a box, within a box LOL. I recently lost my original engagement ring and this one is just stunning.

I ordered a set of replacement earring backs which ended up being the wrong size. I have tried almost every day since I received the item to contact them for a return with absolutely no response. The service email is a dead end and cannot receive mail. The contact form on the website yields no results. I haven't heard from anyone and at this point it feels like they are just waiting for my 30 day return period to expire.

They sent out my item within a few days, but unfortunately the earring back did not fit my earring. I requested three times for them to send me a return label, and a week later they still have not sent it to me. I was ready to call them right when I received this survey.

The response was quick with extra friendly messages. Even though I returned the item (not a problem with the item), correspondence continued to be pleasant. Very satisfied with the experience.

I love it! It looks real and it looks like a good solid piece of jewelry. The CZ sparkles like a diamond! Great price!
