I have a manufacturing plant where we need different kinds of sensors and other electronic components to complete one segment or fully complete the product. We have been dealing and doing business with some of the companies for a time now. We recently got the opportunity to work with a new company from Germany. Now, this new association needed us to provide them with an assurance that all the products or parts which we will use in the manufacturing will be of great quality as they have some previous issues with another Asian manufacturing company. My biggest concern was the documents they had asked for. Before that, no other partner of ours ever demanded anything like that and we did not know how to deal with this problem at the hand. If we couldn't come up with something to deal with this then there were chances that we could lose this new deal which was crucial for us because we were trying for some time to go international. We always use quality products in our manufacturing unit however we never received the demand to present the documents to show that. We were looking for new partners to supply us with the required components and that's when we came across E CONTROL DEVICE. I just explained to them that this is our first ever international deal and we need all the required paper works and quality proof from the brand itself. We were promised that but I was still not fully convinced. Because I knew that getting original documents from the brand would be difficult as our previous associates said the same thing. To our surprise, we did get the documents for the OMRON brand which meant that the quality was superb and the brand was genuine. We sent copies of those documents to our German counterpart and the deal was finalized in the end. After that, we were able to get another big contract from a new company. I can proudly say this was possible only because E CONTROL DEVICE did what they promised. It has helped my business a lot and helped to make a name for us in the manufacturing market.
