Quick and simple. I am delighted with Ecodirect's service. I received my shipment earlier than expected. The person that called regarding a possible delay in the delivery was very nice. It turned out that possible delay did not occur, but it was very nice to receive the call. It was a truly pleasant experience dealing with Ecodirect.

Be more careful with the invoice information (my name was completely wrong for delivery) and improvements to the shipping detail. It was completely wrong and misleading and the vendor did not deliver it as arranged.

It was not clear if items are in stock or what the estimated delivery time would be. However, their customer service called me directly the following morning and clarified delivery times. I received my order the next day.

Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday according to the original email so I stayed home from work to receive it only to get a call from the shipping company around 10:30 saying it would be delivered the next day.

Shipping seems incredibly expensive and the 4 options to choose from were not well described as to what each would require on the receiving end.

The box was busted in half. Good thing for clear tape since the ups drivers were taping it back together before the threw it on the front porch and took off. Was going to send it back and request new ones but instead keep it cause then next package might come back the same way. Worst package shape I have ever received in my life.

The reason I shop with Eco-Direct is because you stock the 17 ft XR-100 rail and other distributors did not. However, I note that nearly every order has some small screw-up. You do not yet have the error rate as low as Amazon.

This order was correct.

I tried to buy this at two of your competitors sites but their websites malfunctioned. Congratulations on yours working!

I have not yet been able to make the devices work on my network and do not yet know if it is my hardware or yours that is problematic.

When you get your Cloud service launched, I think my needs will be met.

Your email support has been great in answering my questions about the Cloud service.

Ordered 22, received 72, paid $25 in shipping charges for an 18lbs package that should have been about 6lbs. Ecodirect responded quickly and provided an easy return label for the extra units.

Shipping is the biggest problem with buying solar panels. Your prices for the panels make it reasonable to except the shipping. I received the panels and set them up temporarily to check out. They work excellent.

Other wise the items and quantities were correct and the shipping while expensive was timely.

I was having a hard time finding and ordering the products I needed your site made it fast and easy thank you. My only issue was the cost of shipping one third of my cost was shipping. It is what it is but that was pretty shocking.

I ordered a hitch for a Ford Edge. The hitch I received was for a Ford Edge, however, the directions and mounting hardware were for Chevy vehicles. I bought the light kit at the same time. Whoever wrote the directions obviously has never installed it on a Ford Edge. It was much more complicated than what the directions said.

Checking out was VERY difficult.The process would only go thru PAYPAL. Fine with me but declined twice on your site for payment?Everything is just fine

All the products I ordered were great. Unfortunately they did send one incorrect product but a phone call the customer service remedied that,and they sent me the correct ones within a couple of days.

Choose you because you have expedited shipping and l like that when I put something in the cart, I can continue to shop. Others are not like that.

I thought I would receive a tracking number for my purchase so I emailed ecodirect. No reply. Nevertheless, package arrived within the specified time, so I am happy.
