Good advice for a system that better fit the need and aesthetic.

Finding what I needed was a little time-consuming, and a willingness to sell parts individually as well as by the case would be nice. I had to buy a case of 24 clamps when I need about 10.

I like that they called me and told me it was on back order and didn't leave me wonder where it is. Thank you so much for the extra support you provided

I thought I would receive a tracking number for my purchase so I emailed ecodirect. No reply. Nevertheless, package arrived within the specified time, so I am happy.

I receive the wrong item. They are looking in to it. They should be E-mailing me the return shipping label. Instead of fooling around.

It is absurd to have to accept terms and conditions as a condition for a order to be placed, what illegal form of business practice is a company doing that requires such a requirement. The item we received had (+ DC)
Embedded on the items housing this requires confirmation that this was in fact a AC not a DC Item, this Eco Direct did accomplish in a timely manner

I was told the wrong gauge wire for the solar panel i bought,too large to fit under connection cover,

IN ORDER TO IMPROVE COSTS FOR NEXT ORDERS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER MAILING TO PUERTO RICO BY THE US POSTAL OFFICE WHICH IS THE POSTAL OFFICE HERE SINCE PUERTO RICO IS AN US TERRITORY LESS THAN 500 MILES FROM FLORIDA.

I incorporated the 5W solar panel into a solar generator for charging small electronic devices and rechargeable batteries for walkytalkies. The panel and generator worked as I expected.

Had to call due to an address billing and shipping difference. Brian helped put the order through with no problem.
